They looked over my trade in, and we couldn't really come to terms on the price difference. I was emailing the sales guy for a few weeks, then we finally settled on a price. I went in on xmas eve, checkbook in hand. Then the "used car manager" tells me he needs to look my truck over again. My truck was the same condition they looked at weeks prior. He then tells me my truck isn't worth what they offered. They required more cash on my end. I took my keys and went home. I'll never set foot on that lot ever again. More

After all is said and done, when you need something in the future, they won’t go above and beyond for you! All they care about is making a sale. After that, good luck. By the way, Jarid was great! Service dept, not so much More
Lost a “use to be” loyal customer Just gotta say that Toyota service department absolutely sucks! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there for something I have a problem with them. Really sad Just gotta say that Toyota service department absolutely sucks! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there for something I have a problem with them. Really sad because Toyota has a great product, but they DO NOT go above and beyond for their customers, let alone their return customers. I have bought 3 vehicles from them always hoping for a different outcome from the service dept/customer service end of things, but nope! I REFUSE to go back to Toyota. I would rather drive to Portland or Eugene or anywhere else to buy another Toyota vs. going to Kendall Toyota! Not only have I bought vehicles from them but I have referred people to them who have bought vehicles! I will steer people away from them. Sorry Toyota... you just lost a “use to be” loyal customer! Also found they had my credit pulled and pulled till my score dropped 40 points! Pulled at Banks 3 Times in the month I was driving the car. I bought a new Tacoma and routine maintenance scheduling is always 2-3 weeks out and takes 1-2 hours. I became so frustrated I went to roseburg Toyota and what a difference! Almost immediate scheduling, short wait times and employees that actually want your business. The only decent experience was my salseman terry Johnson but apparently he was fired for being too honest. My next new Toyota dealer is a no brainer! More

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to speak with Pieter. More
PROBLEM #1) Improperly installed an extra item that I purchased with my new Tacoma. (A careful installer would have HAD to have noticed before sending me home with it.) PROBLEM #2) (Same Visit) Service purchased with my new Tacoma. (A careful installer would have HAD to have noticed before sending me home with it.) PROBLEM #2) (Same Visit) Service department installed a Bluetooth and a truck bed cover. They left no instructions for either one. (Bluetooth has several features I do not know how to use and the cover has latches, care and protection of materials, and a tension spring that I need to know how to tighten.) When the work was finished, they simply said "Here are your keys... Your tuck is out that door and around the corner..." PROBLEM #3) I wrote an email to the service manager which prompted a phone call to me the next day. I was given promises to remedy the situation. A month and a half later and I am still waiting for their promised solutions to these problems. No call from them, as promised, and no response to an email that I sent after waiting a few weeks. More
I went to this dealer to look for a car, and in the process indicated I was interested in a new Highlander. The sales person showed me used Highlanders, but I could not get him to show me new Highland process indicated I was interested in a new Highlander. The sales person showed me used Highlanders, but I could not get him to show me new Highlanders. At one point he even tried to interest me in a Prius. After two visits to this dealership I started looking elsewhere and found the perfect new car. It cost a little less than the Highlander, I think, but I'm not sure because I could never get the Toyota person to engage with me in a discussion of the cost of a new Highlander. Interesting... More
