We thought we would have to go to Rack N' Roll (who also is great) to get all our Yakima racks and Skybox put Brad in Parts had it all. It turns out Toyota of Bend is a Yakima dealer so we got everything we wanted and more PLUS we got a deal on it, free installation (THANKS BRAD!) and could even put it in our car payment so no cash out of pocket. With that we put a 4 place bike rack on as well and a few other goodies. My wife and kids were PUMPED to have the full kit! THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Traveling through Bend on March 27th I had to tow my 2008 Toyota Highlander here because of a sudden loss of oil pressure. Warning lights came on and I immediately pulled over. Less then 2 miles from the dealership, still ended up towing the vehicle to them (thank goodness for AAA). I used the drop box and left the keys there cause no one would talk with us because the Service Department closed 30 mins prior (even though there were people from the department still there). Called the next morning multiple times to find out they determined it was an oil cooler hose. They told me the “old oil hose” from the factory didn’t work well, so now they replace it with a metal pipe assembly. Finally, at 4:07pm (2 hours before they closed) they said they would have to fix it the following morning. Long story short, 12:30pm Fri March 29th (almost 2 days after dropping off my car there) and $500 later, I was able to get my SUV Back. Drove it back to Sunriver area NO problem. Next day drove it up to Mt Bachelor, NO problem. Even drove it back home to Portland on Sunday, NO problem. Never once was there any engine noises or warning lights that came on during our trip home roughly 200 mile trip home. Wednesday April 3rd comes around (1 week later) and I notice a small amount of oil in my driveway. Not a large amount by any means, but oil never the less. Ran a few errands, stopped by my in laws house to drop something off. No one parks in their driveway, both cars stay in their garage. Once I left, my father in law texted me a picture of oil in their driveway exactly where I was recently parked. I swung by and picked up my son from school that was only a few blocks away. Started to head home and realized there was now an engine knock that just started. NO Check Engine lights, no service notifications, no indication of anything wrong. Once again, pulled immediately over and towed the car to another Toyota dealership near me. I now have the new dealership saying I need a NEW motor. I find this highly suspicious, I all of a sudden need a NEW motor right after I had work done by Kendall Toyota and it was given the “all clear”. This car ONLY has 103K miles on it, VERY under mileage for a 2008 (average of 9364 miles/year). I have almost a 1-inch thick folder of ALL the maintenance that has been done on this car since NEW. It has always driven perfect with no noises or issues what so ever. Be VERY cautious of letting Kendall Toyota of Bend work on your vehicle, it will come out 1000 times worst then when you left it with them. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLES what so ever. More

He kept me well informed of the process, his knowledge of Toyota’s is incredible. He answered ever question I threw at him. And I had a LOT of questions. I got great deals on both and left feeling very happy each time. I definitely will be back when it’s time. More
Sketch This place is horrible, they lie and will tell you anything to believe the crap they are trying to get you to sign too. They have no customer loyalty This place is horrible, they lie and will tell you anything to believe the crap they are trying to get you to sign too. They have no customer loyalty it's apparently all about making money, however, most dealers eventually will give in. Old school yo-yo tactics and games. No room to budge. I don't know how Kendall and Lithia stay in business this day and age, maybe people are getting dumber instead of smarter with technology you'd think people would know what a good deal is, this isn't the place to get one. I hope they truly do have to auction the vehicle we wanted to buy, it's still there and listed for what we offered on it. I hope they lose money when it goes to auction. I'd never step foot on this lot or any other dealer with Kendall in the name again. Brian Smith was ok but didn't seem too committed to making a deal, lot's of "pencil's" and he seemed like he was getting annoyed as we weren't going to budge, tons of back and forth then Joseph Wittwer came in, presents like a good guy, but a sleazeball salesman, both talked about the great deal's they've gotten as employees on things than trying to screw you haha, who'd do business like that? Kendall. Kendall is a joke! More
nothing but lies ,service is so very rotten first off buying the Avalon was for my son, trusting them they have a safe car for my son.. that was a joke..from buying the veh before and seeing first off buying the Avalon was for my son, trusting them they have a safe car for my son.. that was a joke..from buying the veh before and seeing some issues and the sells man said he take care of it and never put a r.o inn... battery terms was dirty and battery was bad... was pointed out before we bought it..so they tested it and said o its bad , one sec let me get another battery tester, then came back and said no sir its good.. didn't trust them so took it to the chevy dealer and it tested bad. they tried to pull a fast one on my handicap son and tried to make him pay for the battery and modeling strip that alex machetti never put inn for a r.o ... from the brakes to it shaking was a joke,, then after I told them I took my reviews down so we can work with each on these issues of the car shaking, to the sound in the engine,,, o its fine .. its nothing wrong.. but going in a few time's I had it with them .... then it like they doing me a favor in helping me with my brakes and brandie couldn't call me back,, the manger had to get her to call,, they tired to pull another fast one .. o we help u with ur brakes and u have to pay half.. ok sounds good 165 for resurface rotors and les swab did it for 90 .. hows that half..... they are crooks.....so if ur looking to buy a veh here for ur granduation kid ,don't trust them.. make sure u shop around and the service sucks so bad why own a Toyota up here........they keep calling yelp and having my post taken down too.. I think its time to lawyer up and get a class action law suit on them in there ways and service and how they treat the customers..and ripping off handicap teen on his first veh.. and selling a non safe veh...... they even play games and get u back and step in ur veh carpet with oil foot prints.. to lift a car matt up and just have a oil step is str8 out childish...... everyone needs to lawyer up More

With the exception of my actual salesman (Glenney was great) my biggest regret about buying my 2018 Tacoma is buying it from this location. There was an issue with my truck's speedometer which put me out for a month in a rental truck (for free). Upon finally returning the rental, they said everything was good to go and ushered me out. A month later called and said they found a scratch which is going to cost 800 to fix. Called me back a week later and said no, it will be closer to 1100. All I wanted was to understand why I felt completely blindsided and taken advantage of - Phone tag ensued for over 3 MONTHS. Finally out of frustration was able to start to play phone tag with The GM Jason. He even left a message and said: "We are willing to swallow as much of this as we can..." I called back every time and more. It is seriously unacceptable to be in that position and not be able to schedule a phone call. Then I get a notification from my insurance saying they submitted the claim. I have called almost every day since and still am unable to connect to Jason. THE GM OF A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP CAN NOT GIVE ME ONE TIME OF DAY WHERE HE IS SITTING AT HIS DESK. Absolutely insane. I gave them my schedule, told them exactly when to call. etc. So now they told me because it's been so long they need the payment in FULL. On top of that my insurance is going up. I asked them to provide me a specific time to call and I would take time out of MY day to call at that time - they never provided it. They basically made the call that me as a customer isn't important. The bottom line is customer service is the backbone of any company so based on that...take my advice and take your business elsewhere. More

While on the drive, my car was rear ended, causing over $1600 in damage. They didn’t bother to call me to tell me. I had to call them to find this out. When I arrived at the dealership to see the damage, I was told “sorry”and handed a bill for my service appointment. They didn’t offer to waive or reduce the service charge, as a show of good faith. You would think they would at least attempt to keep me as a customer. Now I have a broken car, hours of phone calls with insurance and body shops, scheduling, coordinating, etc....I can’t even use my trunk until my car gets fixed. I will not ever go back to Toyota of Bend. More
