Called Ke was not informed of the program. I learned of it in February 2020. But became ineligible because I did not file for the rebate by December. Called Kendall and they blamed me fir not knowing about the rebate. Understand all buyers of EVs from Kendall have lost as much as $2500 because cars had larger batteries Warning: Kendall is not to bectrusted More
they took advantage of my 70 year parents. Gave them $500 for a a car they are going to sell for $7000. They told my parents their car was going to leave them on the side of the road, if they didn't put engi for a a car they are going to sell for $7000. They told my parents their car was going to leave them on the side of the road, if they didn't put engine work into it. Yes the car needed spark plugs and water pump, not sure that gives the right to sell it for $7000. Kelly blue book for the car in excellent condition is only $3500. sold them a car, charged $560 for DMV charges witch really only costs $75-100. I was told the company in in the business of making money. Don't trust them. More
Beware recommendations for unnecessary service They stated my vehicle needed $4174 in ‘services’ that were unnecessary. So have someone who knows cars review their recommendations before you agree They stated my vehicle needed $4174 in ‘services’ that were unnecessary. So have someone who knows cars review their recommendations before you agree to their ‘services’. I took in my Land Cruiser for a potential Buyer pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The service manager, Payton, indicated that the vehicle needed every fluid replaced (except engine oil) at $546. Her mechanic indicated the brake fluid was ‘black’ and needed to be replaced at $101. So I took a turkey baster and sucked out some brake fluid and I found it to be the exact same color as the DOT3 fluid I had in a new can. And I checked my records…it had been replaced (with the brakes) only 6000 miles ago. Her mechanic indicated the transmission fluid and all differential fluids needed to be replaced at $445. How would he know? The inspection bolts to check these reservoirs had not been touched…and I had those fluids replaced just 12,000 miles ago. Her report also indicated spark plugs were necessary at $207…and they too had been replaced 12,000 miles ago. She wanted to do an alignment at $60…Yet Suspensions Plus aligned it in June, less than 5000 miles ago. Drive belts were said to be necessary at $138. There is only one and I found no cracks in it, no wear on it…and that belt had been noted as ‘good’ on an inspection while oil was being changed just 400 miles ago. Ditto on the air cleaner they said needed to be replaced at $32. It was not dirty. It is so simple to look at an air cleaner. Or buy one for 13 bucks. Why would they open themselves to ridicule? The mechanic says the radiator needs replacing at $1017. Yet I drove the Land Cruiser the very next day to Portland and back without any coolant loss. I looked. There is no indication of a fluid leak. And it had hoses and coolant replaced less than 15,000 miles ago. She said it needed AWD service at $202. ‘Service’ is a fluid change and the fluids were changed 12,000 miles ago. She said I need ‘fuel injection service”. That means running some cleaner through the fuel rails for $219. It runs and idles perfectly and gets proper mileage. How would her mechanic know it needs fuel injector cleaner? “There is an engine oil leak” she said and the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced at $140. I looked under, over, up and down. I see no oil leakage. If it leaks, where is the oil going? But the really good one was the ‘need’ for a new rear view mirror. Yes, that thing on the windshield that you look at to see behind you. She said I needed a new one…$1058! For a rear view mirror, $1058. Needless to say they scared off my potential buyer. Their actions were not a PPI, it was a sales job for unnecessary services. And the one thing I did need was a trim piece on the quarter pane. They wanted 130 bucks and I found it at another dealer on the net for $60. More
Why is this dealership so afraid to show their pricing on line. “Shopping” should just be that. Why should I have to give up my private info only to be harassed just to shop. Your sister dealer in Eugene doe line. “Shopping” should just be that. Why should I have to give up my private info only to be harassed just to shop. Your sister dealer in Eugene doesn’t hide anything. Maybe I’ll just deal with them or go to Beaverton where the pricing is even better. More

I just completed a stress-free purchase of a 2019 Prius LE (all wheel drive). At age 78 I have had many struggles when purchasing a new car, I did not look forward to it. I live in Christmas Valley OR 106 miles from Bend and started my "negotiation" over the phone. The sales person - Tressa Shuttleworth - was pleasant, knowledgable, and very eager to put me in the driver's seat. She. asked pointedly what my primary reasons were for wanting the Prius LE. I explained that I l go to Tucson AZ for three months in the winter because I am reluctant to drive in snow. She described the all-wheel drive with precision. Another reason was I had a limited budget and did not want to waste time haggling. She asked what terms I would consider. She did not try to influence me but agreed to do everything in her power to give me what I asked for. I agreed to fill out an application and she called within a day and explained how she found ways to come down to my price and especially to stay at the dollar amount my budget could handle, I could not believe it. She was unlike any salesperson I had ever encountered in a new car dealer showroom. I expected a battle, to be confronted with lies, to get an unhealthy dose of stress. To my surprise none of these expectations occurred. It was the smoothest and happiest transaction I have ever concluded. But as we all know along comes another salesperson who wants to sell various services. Jason (cannot recall his last name) was just as friendly as Tressa and made his presentation so clearly. His job was to sell additional services. Although they were worth it, I explained my budgetary limitation and he was completely understandable and did not try to continue a sales presentation. These people are a merit to the auto industry. All dealerships should have persons like them on their payroll. Both were honest, respectful and understanding, They advanced my agenda not theirs. I cannot sing their praises loud or long enough, They left such a positive impression with me I have now taken a second look at dealerships. I will not look forward to a stressful environment in the future if a dealer has representatives like Tressa and Jason. More
