Not to terribly impressed with the service departments way of dropping your vehicle off to have work done. You guys are killing my credit. I traded in a truck for a new RAV4. The dealership was to pay off my truck and I paid a certain amount more. It’s been a month and a half and I still have a open loan on the t new RAV4. The dealership was to pay off my truck and I paid a certain amount more. It’s been a month and a half and I still have a open loan on the truck. You guys have the truck listed for $8000 more then you gave me as a trade in. If you sell it the new owner will not get the title unless the truck is fully paid off. Sam and Joe have both told me they would call me at certain times and do not. My family has spent 150k at Kendall in two years. Not happy. More
I had an appointment on July 31,2020 to have my transmission fluid changed. My service Consultant, Payton Powell , was very helpful ,knowledgeable and personable. When I called the dealership, I requested to speak to a Veteran, and was transferred to Tim Anglin. This Tim is a "class act", and he was very professional. Was very patient with us, and made the buying experience a good one. I trust the guy, and know that he would be of help if we ever had problems with the service department. Veterans trust other Veterans, and Tim supported that feeling from the "get-go". Proud to recommend Tim and this dealership. More

Absolute worst sales experience and equally as bad service. We thought we'd try and "buy local" and gave this dealership a shot at our business. They quoted us on a new car and two weeks later, said the car was We thought we'd try and "buy local" and gave this dealership a shot at our business. They quoted us on a new car and two weeks later, said the car was unavailable and instead offered one with a different trim package at a much higher price. Well, low and behold, they advertised the vehicle we'd contracted to buy on AutoTrader and when we inquired, said "come on down, it's on our lot!" The service department is great at servicing a car, but when you come in with a problem, they'll disavow that it has a problem. Also, on my old Toyota, when I'd bring it in for recalls, they'd always say "we noticed your fluids are dirty and highly recommend you let us change them -- tranny, brakes, radiator -- to the tune of $600. Only issue is that I'd had the fluids changed at an independent just two weeks prior; I called the independent (who used to work for the dealership) and he laughed and said "yep, they do that to everyone..." I stopped by his shop and he took the time to show me the fluids, which were new, clear and clean. I've owned Toyotas for over 30 years and we'll likely switch brands just to stay away from Kendall Toyota of Bend -- they are that bad. BTW, we ended up buying the exact vehicle we wanted AND FOR LESS, and totally no hassle, by driving over to Springfield and buying from Lithia. What a great sales department to work with; solid quote, vehicle ready when we got there, in and out in 45 minutes with our new vehicle. More
