Major Regrets responded

Resolved my concerns??!! Are you kidding me? According to the DMV, the registration application has still not been submitted. The replacement for the temporary registration that expired 3 days ago still hasn't been sent out from the dealership, as had been promised on 3 different occasions. On top of that, the Finance Manager told me to continue driving my car because the police don't care about expired temporary registrations. I called the DMV and was told, not only will the police issue a ticket, but they will also impound the vehicle. How's that for customer service? Nothing has changed since our call, and NO, nothing has been resolved.
