Terrible experience. I purchased a brand-new 2021 Highlander Hybrid and realized a few days after taking it home, that one of my tires was flat. Upon closer inspection, the tire was damaged and not new, even though the car was brand-new and supposed to have all new parts. I tried calling several times but didn’t receive a call-back until maybe the 8th attempt. The Sales Manager called me and told me that they would not do anything about the tire because they couldn’t believe that they would let a bad tire off the lot. I sent them photos of the tire and they still didn’t believe me. More

I have owned dozens of cars, including 6 Toyota’s. Kendall Toyota of Bend is far and away my worst auto purchase experience. It has been three weeks since I purchased a Land Cruiser, the most expens Kendall Toyota of Bend is far and away my worst auto purchase experience. It has been three weeks since I purchased a Land Cruiser, the most expensive car they sell. Kendall still hasn’t registered my vehicle and refunded the $2000+ they overcharged me for taxes and registration. My temporary registration has expired and I can no longer drive the vehicle (I was promised at the time of purchase that they would FedEx me a new window tag, if necessary). When I call the dealership, everyone is too busy to take my call, and only one person has bothered to return my call. It was the Customer Service Manager who promised to fix the problem and get back to me. It has been more than a week and I haven’t heard a thing. Good customer service experiences begin with company leadership and flow up to the front line employees. Even the store General Manager, Jason Wilkinson, is too disinterested to take my call and help me resolve the issues so, if you do business here, don’t expect a lot of support from the staff if their are any problems with your purchase. My recommendation would be to avoid doing business here at all cost unless there is a change in leadership that places an importance on integrity and serving the customer. More

After cancelling my original appt, I showed up unannounced to look at a used vehicle. Lacey, who I had been in contact with via e-mail still seemed more than happy to help us. I really liked that Kendall had the Carfax to look at and that they had already taken care of any safety issues that needed addressed on the used vehicle I was looking at. They disclosed any issues the vehicle had based on their inspection so I feel pretty certain there are unknown problems. Lacey was super approachable, helpful and nice and didn't pressure us to make a decision. She gave us the time we needed to make an educated decision while I looked up reviews, checked for recalls and the Kelley blue book price on the vehicle on line. Most importantly she worked to get the price down low enough where we needed it to be so I could walk away with a safe reliable vehicle that met our needs. I am super happy with my experience at Kendall Toyota of Bend and will definitely return when the need arises. More
