Took car for break noise. This dealership needs a lot more work. The professionalism isn’t there. Since my car is under the 2 year Toyota care it seems that since they aren’t g This dealership needs a lot more work. The professionalism isn’t there. Since my car is under the 2 year Toyota care it seems that since they aren’t getting a penny or paid service from me they just hand you down and get you out with no human sincerity. Had to take my car back after supposedly they fixed the brake noise the first time. xxxxxxxx, the guy told me to wait 1k miles to see if the noise goes away, why would I have to wait if they “fixed” it. If it the noise continued after that it’s common sense the work wasn’t done correctly or they didn’t even bother to try to fix it and pretend they did. The waiting area is nasty, boring, seating chairs are 15 years old where it’s very uncomfortable. You would think with the amount of money they make they would fix it up and make it more pleasant to wait while your car is being serviced like they do in BMW or Mercedes. Only reason why I take it is cause I have no choice and have the free maintenance. More
