The night before our appointment, we received a reminder call. When we arrived, we were greeted by a somewhat aloof gentleman who spoke to us in Spanish (which I don't mind, given the Miami setting). I asked for our designated contact, but instead of directing us to them, the man at the door asked if we preferred Spanish or English. I replied in English, as my wife is Scottish and doesn't speak Spanish. His response was, "But you speak Spanish." I insisted he fetch our contact, to which he led me to the manager, not our intended contact. The manager asked for my name and number to locate the test drive reservation, then inquired about our language preference. Once again, I requested assistance in English and explained that my wife would be driving and had questions. The manager then called out to the employees, stating they needed someone who spoke English. Their response? "But the guy speaks Spanish!" The manager relented with an "Okay, but we need English," and then...nothing. He asked us to take a seat, and in frustration, we decided to leave. Language preference was not the issue; it was the woeful lack of customer service that disappointed us. Despite their reminder call, they were unprepared for our test drive. They couldn't locate someone who could assist in English and, even worse, displayed an irksome attitude toward our request for assistance in English. My family and I have been loyal customers of Kendall Toyota for nearly 30 years, purchasing all our Toyota and Lexus vehicles and getting them serviced there as well. At this point, I'd rather hire a broker to handle the car purchase. Online sales can't come soon enough. More

Opciones: escogi la mas barata resultando: auto -28 000+dealer fee+plate+taxes, 32 000 560monthly x 75=42 000 6 000 down payment and 3100 for dealer fee++plate transfer+taxes but this one are cash, total- vehicle cost 28 000 dealer profit- $23 100= 42000+6000+3100=$51 100 DO YOU SEE THIS NUMBER? THEY NEVER TOLD ME THE INTEREST THAT I WILL PAY NOR EVEN WHICH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WILL BE THE ONE INVOLVED. YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE THEY WERE EXPECTING ME TO STAB MYSELF BEFORE FINDING SOMEONE TO TO GET ME THE LOAN. so, if i have give them a qualification base on kindness i give them 5 start, but considering that the final purpose is to cheat you, i dont give them nor even 1start. they have too many five start, QUESTION? When I went to see that model and make the reservation, the salesperson on the floor tried to increase the price already provided to me by Byron (my first contact). Raul Pinales, the Product Specialist who closed the deal, was very helpful and competent, making sure the price was corrected according to my first contact; his professional and honest attitude towards the client changed my bad impression acquired on the floor. Kenya, who helped with the documentation and insurance, is another efficient professional and also very nice. If it was not for the floor salesperson misleading paper of a non-negotiable price (as he put), Kendall Toyota would have deserved a five-star review. However, all four stars are because Byron, Raul and Kenya professional and honest attitude. Somebody on the high management level have to change this obsolete culture, still present on the sales floor, which is really bad for Kendall Toyota and the Toyota brand. Another point of concern was the lack of explanation about the various delays for the delivery. It is understandable that the time provided with the price could suffer changes, but after three changes without any explanation, it creates doubt about the quality of management regarding consideration towards the client.
