Bought 7 cars here. Until now i was somewhat ok with their service. This time around I can’t say the same. The treat I’m getting for being a loyal customer is absolutely ridiculous. I am giving a 2 star because my daughter liked the car but the entire experience was awful. Sat 6+ hours in the dealership. I didn't haggle or negotiate because I was given a FLAT NO when asked about any but the entire experience was awful. Sat 6+ hours in the dealership. If you are a woman, they can be very intimidating. 6 hours and $30k and wasn't even offered a bottle of water. Was told I can go purchase something from their in house cafe. WORST part of the experience... We purchase the car and first, they give us the wrong keys. They gave us an actually key for a keyless vehicle. SECOND from the time we parked the vehicle after the test drive to the time we made the purchase (6 hours), the car was scratched and dinged on their property and brought it to us as if nothing happened. I drove 4 hours to come to this dealership and couldn't take the vehicle home because now they had to repair the scratches and ding. I had to stay in Miami overnight. I was told by management that they will give me gas in my vehicle for the inconvenience. Gas!! Forget the time it took to get there and back. I emailed the General Manager and he didn't even the decency to follow up on my email. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. More
