January 28th 2023- we went to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. The vehicle took over 45 minutes to get off the ramp. From the moment we were there, we gave them our budget. After 4 hours, they could no daughter. The vehicle took over 45 minutes to get off the ramp. From the moment we were there, we gave them our budget. After 4 hours, they could not meet our budget. They even made us pay for the water that was requested. They were unprofessional, rude, and bullys. The manager even followed us out the door to our car to try to convince us to return and purchase the vehicle. Very disappointing. We will never return nor recommend Kendall Toyota. More
