I had a great customer service experience, from the person who greeted me on the way in, to the service advisor, the cashier and the guy who brought the car around. When i purchased my New Honda Civic Hybrid the sales rep was rude and was trying to push me to purchase a 3,000 service plan only good at this dealership when he knew i was leaving in two months. He also tried to force thier financing on me when i had financing of my own already set up. The service department on the other hand was completly friendly and thier reps knew what they were talking about. They went above thier job description to make me feel like i was going to be taken care of. The reason i rated the quality of work so poorly is simple. I took my vehicle in for them to fix a problem with my window. In the process of fixing my window they scratched my paint and damaged my door so that it no longer sits corectly. When i called to have them fix it i was told that there was no way they could have cause it but to come in for an appraisal. They made me feel like a liar and it just compounded to give me an overall bad feeling about this dealership. The only good quality of this dealership is the knockdown they gave me for buying a new 2009 model in 2010 and that they were polite when i came to setting me up for repairs the first time. More
