I’ve only used Express Service. I’ve had 3 recalls. Each and every time I’ve been in, customer service has been excellent. I’m always out by the time they said I would be. The I’ve had 3 recalls. Hands down 5 stars compared to Lithia where I go for my Murano. Every time I’m at Lithia, they leave me hanging. Not Kendall. So far I’ve been treated correctly and with respect. So far I’ve never been lied to, unlike Lithia. GO KENDALL!! More

This was my first time at Kendall. I bought the car and had been receiving regular service at Carter Subaru in Shoreline previously. Given I have an extended service contract that's I bought the car and had been receiving regular service at Carter Subaru in Shoreline previously. Given I have an extended service contract that's supposed to cover regular service, I was surprised and a bit concerned that a "differential" service to the tune of over $200 was being recommended (for no other reason than they recommend it), and it would not be covered by my extended contract. As a first-time customer, it felt a bit like a bait and switch, which I wasn't used to at Subaru. More
The customer service is excellent, from the moment you pull up to the service entrance. The employees are all upbeat and positive, and the customer is well cared for. The maintenance service is efficient and I am grateful for the updates and options for repairs...you are given the choice to approve or not approve of service recommended.
