I want to acknowledge Nick Smith in Service and the woman (Bonnie?) in the showroom last Sunday who took my message about needing emergency service on my malfunctioning cooling system that she passed on to N (Bonnie?) in the showroom last Sunday who took my message about needing emergency service on my malfunctioning cooling system that she passed on to Nick -- in writing! I came in early Monday morning and Nick most helpfully and efficiently got the car to the mechanics who diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad thermostat. Like a doctor delivering a baby Nick regularly gave me updates on the condition of the patient, thereby calming the anxious parent down. My wife and I had come from Redwood City, Calif. (some 600 miles away), to visit our son at Univ. Ore. for the weekend when the cooling system acted up. Of course, we didn't dare drive back on Monday as planned, so Kendall came through with flying colors (forgive the cliché) More
