Barely One Star Service I drove 300 miles to have recall work done. Not all items were accomplished because they simply forgot or deliberately failed to complete. Even they were made aware of time constraints and driving distance on multiple occasions before service date, service failed to accomplish computer reprogramming because (allegedly) my car battery did not have sufficient load capacity. Rather than installing a better battery to complete work(or at least telling me of the problem in a timely fashion), they simply parked my car and let me cool my heels for an additional 1-1 1/2 hours (a total of 3 1/2 hours). At checkout (which I had to ask for several times and was ignored until I pretty much demanded to be checked out so I could start the drive home), service person intimated it was my fault for not knowing of battery limitations (car starts just fine) and dealership simply had no way of completing work. This was b.s. of course since they sell new batteries. My ultimate conclusion is that service department had little desire to do recall work and simply got rid of me and my car. They were successful, I would never go back. Buyer beware. This is a dealership interested in sales, not service(unless perhaps you are paying their premium rates). In sum, I have dealt with car dealerships many many times over the years. This is the first time a service person has blamed me for the dealership's unwillingness to complete recall work. I left with the definite impression that recall work and customer service are not dealership priorities. More

Before buying my Outback, I had my cars serviced at a local garage. I was very satisfied with their work, but after the good service I received with my first free service call, I have decided to stay with Subaru for my future service needs. Great job guys and gals! Living on the Oregon coast, we feel much better knowing our Subaru is being serviced by Kendall and don't mind the trip to Eugene to do it. The staff at Kendall are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We have NEVER been disappointed with scheduling or work done in keeping our car in like new condition and running like a well tuned sports car. Thank you Kendall Subaru. You deserve it. Caring and Quick! I got a nail in my tire and I took my Suburu Crosstrek that I bought from them in for repair. Air Bag Replacement All went as planned. I was told the vehicle, dropped off at 10:00AM, would be ready by 3:00PM. Returned at 2:20PM to see that the vehicle was ready an All went as planned. I was told the vehicle, dropped off at 10:00AM, would be ready by 3:00PM. Returned at 2:20PM to see that the vehicle was ready and waiting. Here's the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Even though the vehicle was ready, I had to wait until 3:00PM to drive it away. Brandon, the service pro (and all around great guy) to whom I spoke, said that it needed to stay for some vague timing reason. Other than that, very professional, courteous, clean establishment with very helpful staff. More

Excellent service in a timely manner I needed a passenger side air bag replacement. I scheduled a replacement plus oil change. Service adviser Brandon Burns was very helpful with the whole process which took about 5 hours. More

2013 outback I always use this dealer for my automobile needs.
