Traumatizing As a woman, my fear is that I will pick up my car from routine service/maintenance and it will not run and I will be told that it is not anything the As a woman, my fear is that I will pick up my car from routine service/maintenance and it will not run and I will be told that it is not anything the service center did. It happened at Kendall Subaru. They overfilled my oil during an oil change. It resulted in my car becoming unsafe to drive immediately after picking it up. They would not return phone calls and when they did, they denied, gaslighted and man-splained. I took it back in (driving unsafely) and they found their mistake and rechanged the oil. No apology, just a couple of free car wash coupons. I left a message for the service manger Kara, who has not returned my call. Not a place for women, I felt bullied, discounted and essentially was blamed for the whole incident until they could no longer deny it. What a giant hairball! Will stick with my trusted B&G Auto Repair. More
