Zero organization. No knowledge about what they are doing. I had an Oil service appointment and I explained to the Advisor that the air conditioner was not working prop No knowledge about what they are doing. I had an Oil service appointment and I explained to the Advisor that the air conditioner was not working properly since they fix it because the Sonata 2020 had a re-call. They check the air conditioner and they didn't make the oil change. Jan's incredible, I lost a day of work because of this appointment, on top of that I had to leave the car on the dealership because the air conditioner. Totally a mess and no knowledge on this dealership. Never again!!! More
