Dropped my car off October 17th at 9am. Car was not ready for pickup until November 7th. I kept getting told my car wasn’t ready because the mechanic was backed up and hadn’t gotten to it. Car was not ready for pickup until November 7th. I kept getting told my car wasn’t ready because the mechanic was backed up and hadn’t gotten to it. After three weeks, the loaner car had to be returned. I was told I had to give an additional $250 hold on my card to extend my time with the loaner car, although my car wasn’t ready due to the dealership. After being told that I stopped being nice to everyone I spoke with and surprisingly my car was ready later that day. 0/10 don’t recommend this dealership for any service work. The only good thing about them was their service advisor. More

Terrible experience. Was told my car was ready, only to find it untouched and wasted work hours. They claimed a part was unavailable, but somehow fixed it later that day, Was told my car was ready, only to find it untouched and wasted work hours. They claimed a part was unavailable, but somehow fixed it later that day, making me suspect they had it all along. Next day, I discovered they’d damaged two door pieces. One was poorly reattached with broken clips, while another was bent and had broken metal clips. This is the worst car service I’ve ever received! More
