UGH! I am so disappointed with their service! I spent a ton of money on a new 2025 vehicle and they have yet to address my problem! No updates and my NEW I am so disappointed with their service! SMH and I am still waiting! Haven't drove it in over a week but I had to make my payment. Construction at this dealership is a nightmare to navigate. Had an appointment at 10:15-got there at 10:00 and did not get my car back until 12:30-just an oil change. Service always takes to long. Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn’t get in my car till 4:30pm. Also the technician didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut on my SUV. He told me I needed a new Cabin filter but failed to see I was missing a lug nut. I’m questioning weather a wheel alignment and tire rotation was even performed on my vehicle since he didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut. More
