I stopped by early in the day with no appointment, just a random visit, and Jean didn’t hesitate to step in and help me. From the start, he was honest, patient, and really took the time to guide me through the process without any pressure. He made what could have been a stressful first-time purchase into something comfortable and exciting. 3 strikes you're out! !! purchased a 2022 elantra hybrid: negotiated the price then when i came in for paperwork/delivery they changed the price!! they actually had to cut !! purchased a 2022 elantra hybrid: negotiated the price then when i came in for paperwork/delivery they changed the price!! they actually had to cut me a check for the overcharge so that i would take my review down from google/yelp; next i purchased a 2023 venue: negotiated the price, when i went in to take delivery/sign paperwork they jacked up the price again!!! i walked out, they called 2 days later and agreed to the original agreed upon price so i went back in and finished the deal; flash forward, spent over a month negotiating the price on 2025 venue, went into the dealership last night w an appointment to sign papers, take delivery, they made me wait 90 minutes then presented paperwork with a jacked up price!!! again!!! , assumes their customers do not know what they are doing, or are desperate for a vehicle....they operate with classic 1970's used car lot bait and switch tactics...this is no accident as it has happened 3 times to me in the course of 3 years!!! every single sales person is clearly told to just get them in the showroom promise whatever it takes, give them offers in writing and we will squeeze more from them! Do not trust LILLY HARRIS, Vicentina Gonzalez, ASHLEY DURAN, Allison Parker,JEAN CARCH Javier Martinez, they all promise to take care of the problem they created themselves and do nothing at all there is no one in charge of the sales team, they are all free agents just making promises and hoping the finance guys can close the deal at a higher price than agreed upon STAY AWAY do not do business with them; there are several other hyundai dealerships in miami More
Today I witnessed the rebirth of Kendall, Hyundai. Currently they are remodeling, but even in these conditions they are hitting it out of the park. I was able to make an appointment with the automated system and received service within an hour of making my appointment. The service team rep Jeus Calderin was very amiable, knowledgeable and caring. I had to work that day and they were kind enough to help me with uber so that I could make it to work and back when the repair was complete. Jesus was very communicative and kept me posted on the progress. Finally, someone is bringing excellent customer service back to Miami. I am very grateful and appreciate the diligent efforts of my service representative and the very excellent mechanic who fixed my baby. Please accept my most sincere gratitude. Kudos to your team. Everyone excelled today. From the young lady who first received me, to the service rep and mechanic. Very well organized and efficient service department. By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and I asked them to confirm against Thursday. They called me Thursday and confirmed and also texted me to confirm. I go there and they say sorry we sold the vehicle. And try to get us to buy a different car for 7 grand more and just finance it. It gets worse from here. The used sales manager blames me for not asking to put money down to hold the vehicle. Which is asinine when they could have just said sorry we sold vehicle and I wouldn’t have purchased tickets Thursday night. So now I’m out near $1700 dollars I flights for my kids and I, plus I have to try and find and pay for flights back. It’s also gets better. They come back and try to negotiate it for 5k more then the other one and instead go from apologies to saying they didn’t do anything wrong and they aren’t in the business to lose money. Even though I just lost money trying to do business with them. I ask for the GM and they send the same guy over and over. This is the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever seen for a company. They care only about making a super high profit and have zero concern about the customer. Stay away from here. More
UGH! I am so disappointed with their service! I spent a ton of money on a new 2025 vehicle and they have yet to address my problem! No updates and my NEW I am so disappointed with their service! SMH and I am still waiting! Haven't drove it in over a week but I had to make my payment. Construction at this dealership is a nightmare to navigate. Had an appointment at 10:15-got there at 10:00 and did not get my car back until 12:30-just an oil change.
