I had already decided a Honda is what I was going to buy. I found the car on Kendall's website. That made my "shopping" easier. When I walked in the door the first person I saw was Dorman Harry. I couldn't remember which lot he worked on. Dorman is a wonderful person and the son of a man I used to work with. I was so excited because I knew I could trust him. I told him I didn't want to dicker. I told him just to give me the best price he could. He did that and I bought the car. It was that quick and easy. I am very pleased and would recommend Kendall Honda to my friends. More

I was buying a 2012 Fit to replace my 2010 Fit that was totaled by a reckless driver. Ian was very helpful. Although he did quote me the wrong price at first, he and the manager worked on giving me a bet totaled by a reckless driver. Ian was very helpful. Ian was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, helpful to the extreme. He knows Hondas and will spend as much time as you need to help you feel comfortable in your new car. I had finally decided to purchase a new Honda Ridgeline RTL NAV. I worked with numerous dealers, most of which wouldn't budge on price and some that were not all that professional, but Kendall Honda in Eug RTL NAV. I worked with numerous dealers, most of which wouldn't budge on price and some that were not all that professional, but Kendall Honda in Eugene, OR was a different story. The whole deal was negotiated online with Ian Jarvis. He went above and beyond what any other salesman did for me, very professional, listened to my needs, sent photos and vidoes of the vehicle. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and I was given a much better price than anyone else could offer! When I arrived at the dealership Ian greeted me at the door. All the paperwork was ready to go, and the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Ian took the time to show me all the gadgets on the new Ridgeline, he definately knows his stuff! Kendall Honda's dealership was 400 miles away from home but was well worth the trip for me. Anyone looking for a new Honda in the Pacific Northwest needs to give Kendall Honda a shot at their business. Be sure to ask for Ian Jarvis. You won't be disappointed!! More
After my previous car had unexpectedly died, we walked onto the lot on a rainy Thursday evening. Ian was a great help from the moment we got there. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. He asked questions as to what I was looking for, and actually listened. I had some very basic but specific needs that I needed in this new car. He heard what I had to say and knew what I was looking for and found me the perfect fit, and within my budget. He knew what I wanted to spend, and didn't push me to go above and beyond that. Since it was late on a Thursday and we had our 1 1/2 month old baby with us, we had to come back on Friday to complete the transaction. Ian got us started on a little paperwork to speed up the process the next day. Unlike most salespeople, he let us walk out the door without completing the sale. He didn't push at all to make us sign on a dotted line right then and there. The combination of his knowledge, friendliness, listening ability, and the fact he wasn't pushy, heavily helped us make the decision to purchase at Kendall. More
