I came in looking for a new car, as soon as I got on the dealership I was helped and both salesmen were very friendly and easy to work with. I arrived at Kendall Honda not having a clue at what I was looking for and how to find it. I had never bought a car before and was very nervous about how I was going to go about negotiating a good price f was looking for and how to find it. I had never bought a car before and was very nervous about how I was going to go about negotiating a good price for the car that I wanted. I was warmly greeted by Justin and right away I knew I was in good hands. He intently listened to all of my concerns and was very honest about his thoughts and very accommodating to my requests. When I was not able to find anything in his lot, he drove me over to the Kendall Toyota lot and showed me their inventory. Together we searched and searched through the sea of vehicles until we narrowed it down to a few that looked like a great fit. He was extremely patient and in no way made me feel like he was trying to rush me or push me to buy anything. We checked out a few cars until one really caught my eye and I had to take it for a test drive. When I returned to the lot I knew I had found what I was looking for. Justin helped me through the entire process of filling out the paperwork, talking with the finance dept, looking up WA state taxes and DMV fees, and he also helped me find good insurance! Even though his shift had ended a while ago, he stayed over to make sure that I was completely taken care of before going home, now that's awesome service! More

I usually hate buying or even looking at cars at dealerships. Most salespeople are annoying at best and competitive with each other.. This place is different. Laidback, helpful, informative, efficie dealerships. Most salespeople are annoying at best and competitive with each other.. This place is different. Laidback, helpful, informative, efficient. They let me take a test drive solo when the place was busy. Special hats off to Austin(and Greg) for moving us thru the buying process quickly and yet still explaining everything clearly. I knew the automobile that I wanted to purchase which was a 2012 Honda Fit. I did my research via the computor which allowed me to have some idea where I should be on the price. Since I purchase a 2007 Toyota Tundra from kendall Toyota and helped with a purchase of a 2008 Toyota RAV 4,and had a wonderful experience, I decided to look at the inventory of Kendall Honda. Of course they had the exact automobile that I wanted to purchase. The deal took 5 to 10 minutes with signing the paperwork maybe 30 to 35 minutes. Again dealing with the Kendall Auto Group was easy, fast, friendly,fair, and actually enjoyable. When the time arrives for another automobile purchase I will again come to Kendall Auto Group for my purchase. More

Not only does the car have to be nice looking, but it must be comfortable,roomy and have lots of compartments to carry necessary tools for showing property.It is a fact I am not easy to work with, any sales person working with me could get very frustrated, but I never experienced that with Terry or Justin. They were very helpful, and always answered all my questions,and let me see all the cars I wanted till I found the perfect car. We have bought our cars from Duane Farnhum for the last 20 years, and he has always given us the best sales people. My husband and I respect his knowledge and rely upon his expertise to guide us to the cars we desire. We have bought a number of cars, and all through Duane. We can't say enough about him. This group of gentlemen,Duane,Terry and Justin are the best! More
