Had to have another mechanic redo their body shop work My Honda Element was broken into. I took it to Kendall Honda for the insurance repair, which included replacing the driver side front window. Everyt My Honda Element was broken into. I took it to Kendall Honda for the insurance repair, which included replacing the driver side front window. Everything was fine ... for about 8 months, then the window fell out inside the door. Kendall disclaimed responsibility, but when I took it to another shop, it turned out that they had glued the the window into the old tracks, instead of replacing the whole unit as is recommended -- because post-factory glue jobs don't last. AND it turned out that they had used a piece of glass that was a different tint than all the other windows. I'm sure this cheapo and sloppy work got them a bonus from the insurance company, but for me it was a loss -- I had to pay someone else to replace it since they would not stand behind their glue job. I will never go back there again. More

Great customer service We recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Accord from Kendall Honda. The experience was very low pressure and friendly from start to finish. We only worked with one salesman, Court Broughton, and the Business Manager Unj Haider, both of whom were great to work with. On top of that we got a great deal on our Accord. On another day, we talked to Sharon Yost who helped us with what we needed and we left the dealership with a brand new CR-V. From our experience, the customer service at Kendall Honda was great and we are very pleased with our purchase. We recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car. More

After a similar car fell threw here in Portland where I live I fou I purchased a Certified 2011 Crosstour with 14k miles from Kendall Honda in Eugene. After a similar car fell threw here in Portland where I live I found this one and contacted Kendall Honda about it. I offered the average fair market KBB 24k value listed and they accepted. I then planned on heading down the next day. That night I researched a bit more and decided to offer a lower price figuring they would tell me no which they did the next morning. My financing was taking a bit longer than expected and the Sharon Yost and I had some fun texting back and forth about the price. They were holding strong till the end of the buisness day and reduced it to what I was asking which was 23k. I bought a plane ticket to come down the next afternoon and Sharon Yost picked me and my 6 month old daughter up even though it was her day off! The dealership has a nice open feel to it and had areas for kids to play with and refreshments. The paperwork process was easy and was all set to finalize pretty quickly. Sharon is awesome and I can't emphasize enough that if you are looking at buying from Kendall to use her. I was behind another couple and had to wait about 40 minutes to get the final paperwork completed. The extended warranty sales pitch was a little long winded from the buisness manager. I prefer to only have to say no once especially with a 6 month old sitting on my lap. Otherwise I was out the door pretty quick. The car was detailed as I waited and off I went. Dave Murillo was one of the best service dealers I could ask for. Even when I was forced to re-schedule time after time because I was going through a move, he was extremely patient and willing to work arou ask for. I was having an oil change. They found a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Vern took the time to explain everything and was most helpful in making an appointment for the next day, and were fl things that needed to be fixed. When they went to fix one of the problems, they discovered that it did not need to be fixed, and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciate the honesty and great service. More
