There service departments is awful and they are very rude Will never buy another car from Kendall Honda again. For one they dont stand behind what the sell. We have a 2013 Honda accord with 26,000 miles on it Our car has been in there shop for over 10 weeks and still havent fixed my car. It has a starting issue and a batter draw problem. We have put a new starter and 4 new batteries since we have had the car. We took it to kendall honda and they told us the starting issue did duplicate and then a week later told us they didnt start the car correctly which is a bunch of bull or there mechanics need more schooling on starting a car. We got the car back and three days later more problems with the battery it was dead so we called a tow truck and had it towed to kendall once again and they proceeded to tell us it had to do with our wifi, internet, smart TVs , garage door opener and an older radio in the garage waking up the computer and draining the battery. We got the car back once again so we parked it elsewhere and still had a problem with the battery draining. We took it back once again and the mechanic drove the car to his home and went out to check on the batter to find a draw on the battery then a week later they tell us it was a faulty meter at this point they dont want to admit there is a problem and dont want to fix it. I now have my car back and still having problems with it. Never take your car to Kendall honda they will totally change there story about what they find every time. There service department is awful and they are very rude. We also have alot of video and documentation to show what our car is doing. Our next car will be a Toyota More
BOUGHT A NEW 2018 HONDA ACCORD LEMON AND THEY DONT CARE My wife and I have owned Honda’s our whole lives we normally had two at a time in 40 years of driving never had any issues other than change the oil a My wife and I have owned Honda’s our whole lives we normally had two at a time in 40 years of driving never had any issues other than change the oil and get tires at a normal time. The door trim fell off in the first week, on the highway the brakes locked and shut the car off I panicked because it wouldn’t start I then realized it was in gear it then started so I could pullover. Within 5000 miles the tire pressure light has came on and after there repair is permanently on. The doors buzz on and off especially drivers rear it was brought in for a scheduled repair but all of the sudden it was on back order and would be in two days later three weeks later no calls from anyone especially management who was going to stay on top of it it. I have been a car buyer for new car dealers over 20 years because in 5 minutes the windows don’t go up and down on them, the trunk open, dash system go out intermittently doesn’t solve the problem what they have done is try to sell my wife at 10,000 a new fuel filter and on then this last problem they told her the tires needed replaced the car has 20,000 miles on it my wife is a nurse for 38 years and at 60 years old doesn’t drive the rubber of the tires I am going to contact Honda about this store this not the Honda way or up to there standards . I didn’t want to leave a review my wife is very kind and an outstanding nurse who people send letters in recognizing her work she deserves better of her Red dream car. There is not enough room to list all the things that keep going wrong with it More

I left the van with Kendall for 5 days. They performed the first two tasks, but repeatedly refused to acknowledge the issue with the hatch. Even before they saw my van, they said that to fix it, their technician would have to duplicate the problem, as if they were expecting to not be able to do so. The problem has been evident literally every time I have opened the hatch in the last 12 months, including when I dropped it off. At the conclusion of my service, they gave me a voucher for a free car wash, which I appreciate, but why not just wash my van? I told them I live 3 hours away, and since they had it for a week, couldn't they find five minutes to run it through the wash?? I am writing this review today, a couple months after the fact, because I just picked up my van from a different Honda dealership in Utah. This dealer immediately acknowledged the issue, and stated that it is indeed covered under warranty. They fixed it in a couple hours, and then washed my van without me asking. Which dealer do you think I will recommend?? Pretty sad performance from the Eugene Kendall Honda team. More
Sales Rep Paid Attention to My Criteria for New Car Leo Navarro spent hours with me looking at various vehicles at both of Honda's locations, he listened to my criteria, likes and dislikes in the cars w Leo Navarro spent hours with me looking at various vehicles at both of Honda's locations, he listened to my criteria, likes and dislikes in the cars we looked at, and eventually was able to find the perfect car for me. The business manager and the finance person made the finishing paperwork go accurately and quickly. Mr. Navarro then spent time that day and the next when I stopped back in, to go over all the neat features to be customized for my use, showing me how to user the newer features. I wound up leasing, rather than buying, a 2018 Honda HR-V and am very happy with it. More
I no longer consider Kendall an ethical car dealership. I’ve been a loyal Kendall customer since 1996 but no longer. For years, I’ve had my cars serviced exclusively by Kendall and have purchased multiple vehicles from them, which included a 2016 Tacoma and a 2017 Lexus. That all changed last year when I went and purchased my son a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro from the Eugene Honda lot. With the exception of the salesman, we found the Sales Manager to be unfriendly and as it turned out the dealership was completely unethical. When we test drove the Audi, the check engine light was on but vehicle seemed to drive fine. When we asked the dealership about the warning light, they stated that it was news to them. They stated that vehicle had gone through comprehensive inspection and that everything was okay but that they would look at it and fix the problem. The “fix the problem” was connected to their negotiation strategy and as a way to not reduce the sales price. They however refused to fix the broken glove box and never disclosed that the vehicle only came with one key until after the purchase. Later when we took the vehicle home, we found in the (broken) glove box two interesting pieces of information. First, Kendall had both sold and repurchased the Audi less than a year ago. The sales price of the car the year prior, was more than a $1,000 dollars below what they sold it to me for but oddly, roughly the exact amount that I had initially requested. Additionally, the prior owner had problems with the check engine light and had been working with Kendall to get it fixed. The fact that they said that they were not aware of the problem was a complete lie. Also, the check engine light is now back on for the 3rd time and there is no longer any support from Kendall. I’m not sure what happened to the ethics of the Kendall dealership but as a result I’ve started shopping elsewhere. More

We had another shop check today and they said brakes are good for another 10,000 miles. We usually buy our new cars at Kendall but not sure now sure on their service integrity. I will be less trusting in future. More
Service Family member asked us to assist them when they dropped off their vehicle for recall work and installation of new tires for their Honda Accord. When t Family member asked us to assist them when they dropped off their vehicle for recall work and installation of new tires for their Honda Accord. When they got there the tires that were to be held for them were gone so they did recall work and set an appointment for today, giving them time to order tires. They dropped the vehicle off last night. They called him sometime between noon and 2 to pick up car. Tires did not come in and no work was done. Service is an important part of buying a new car. Since this is only Honda center in our area we will be looking at Toyota’s! More
