I bought my 2022 CR-V on January 14th and was VERY pleased with the service!! I actually talked with 3 salesmen: Dorman, the first person I saw and spoke with (he's AWESOME) the first time I went to pleased with the service!! We talked like we had known each other for years, there was no pressure or car salesman 'jargon', just one on one conversation about what I wanted and was looking for. Bricen, who I talked to on the phone when Dorman wasn't there, he let me know the vehicle I was looking for had arrived. And Alice, who was available when I went in a second time to put a deposit down on the vehicle I wanted. All 3 were fabulous and great to work with! After I purchased my car Alice walked me through all the features and helped me make some decisions that would be best for me. I can't give their sales staff enough praise, I would definitely recommend going to Kendall Honda for your next vehicle! More
I recently bought my new car from Kendall and was not happy due to one sales manager who was arrogant and belittling, and who laughed at me. When I came back everyone there knew who I was and what happe happy due to one sales manager who was arrogant and belittling, and who laughed at me. When I came back everyone there knew who I was and what happened and the scene he caused and the embarrassment he caused me. I had to threaten him of calling the police due to his actions. This should not be ignored. Then Gary Newport (general manager), Trevor Foster (sales manager)(*not to be confused with Trevor "Smith" who degraded me in front of others) and Jacob Hunter & Dennis McKenna (salesman) both were absolutely wonderful to me and treated me with such respect and made sure I was happy with my buying experience. It's people like that who keep us believing there are still good and honest people out there who really care. They are excellent role models for Kendall and the company should have their other employees learn from them. They are why I will come back and share with all I know that Kendall is the place to go to for your vehicles. Note: one bad egg can really affect the companies reputation and the company should address such employees. Being treated with respect is huge, especially being a woman. As far as the wonderful guys who made it right deserve Kendall's respect and a bonus, because they are the ones who make your company successful. Kendal Honda was very professional when I came in and purchased my 2022 Honda Civic hatchback. I bought a 2021 Honda CRV hybrid at Kendall Honda. Ian Jarvis was the sales associate helping me and he was awesome. He was very helpful, informative, honest, and not pushy at all. DAN STAFFORD RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW AND LEFT A NIMBER FOR ME TO CALL HIM AT SO THAT HE COULD RESOLVE ALL THESE ISSUES ON THE 30,000 DOLLAR 2018 HONDA ACCORD SPORT WE BOUGHT THAT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND THER ME TO CALL HIM AT SO THAT HE COULD RESOLVE ALL THESE ISSUES ON THE 30,000 DOLLAR 2018 HONDA ACCORD SPORT WE BOUGHT THAT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND THERE TREATMENT EVEN WORSE, THE COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS INTERMITTENTLY WHICH MAKES THINGS NOT WORK OR MAKES THE WRONG THING TURN ON. THE BRAKING SYSTEM HAS LOCKED UP TO A COMPLETE STOP 5 TIMES NOW 3 ON THE HIGHWAY WE ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AND ALSO NOT TO HAVE HURT SOMEONE ELSE ALL THE TRIM MOLDING FELL OF OF THE CAR WE HAS TO PAY A LOCAL BODY SHOP TO FIX IT WHEN IT HAD 2300 MILES ON IT WE HAVE HAD IT BACK AT KENDALL AND HAVE BEEN LIED TO ABOUT IT BEING FIXED AND PEOPLE HAVE PRETENDED TO BE THE GM ONLY TO FIND OUT HE WAS SITTING AROUND AVOIDING COMPLAINTS, I HAD SURGERY AND JUST SAW DAN STAFFORDS MESSAGE AND NUMBER TO CALL HIM ONLY TO HEAR THAT IT IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER I DIDNT GET MAD ABOUT THAT BECAUSE BY NOW I EXPECTED SOMETHING LIKE THAT I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH AMERICAN HONDA MOTORS IN TORRANCE CALIFORNIA I SUGGEST THE REAT OF YOU DO THE SAME ITS THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL EVER ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT ONLY IF HONDA GETS INVOLVED More
