The service writer Dale was great on my last visit because he quickly assessed what I needed to have done, gave me the amount of time that it would take, and arranged for me to get back to the dealers because he quickly assessed what I needed to have done, gave me the amount of time that it would take, and arranged for me to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. In fact, the time Kendall took to complete the work was one third the amount Dale told me it would take at check in. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not only finished, but washed and ready to go! I couldn't ask for more, it was a very pleasant transaction. This is my latest experience, but this is the third time I have been back to Kendall Honda since purchasing my Accord there. The service department has truly exceeded my expectations on each visit. This is my fifth Honda, but the first I have purchased and serviced at Kendall. Now, I wish I could have bought the other four there as well. Great dealership, great people, great business. More

We had a very pleasant buying experience here.
