I pay to have a monthly car wash with credit card, after horrible service by them most of the time close or waiting for 1/2 hours because of short of people working there, I went twice to the office to canc horrible service by them most of the time close or waiting for 1/2 hours because of short of people working there, I went twice to the office to cancel and their still keep me charging on my account, and I talk directly with the management. I do not recommend this service. I hope this help to somebody make the same mistake I did. More
I bought a 2020 Honda Fit here in April 2023. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships, from strong arm sales (at one point a dealer held my keys hostage for hours) and it has made I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships, from strong arm sales (at one point a dealer held my keys hostage for hours) and it has made me overly defensive and cautious in the car buying process. This time, it was not a problem at all! I worked with Lee and he made the purchase process so simple and easy. From first contact to keys in my hand, Lee was forthright and went above and beyond. I'd completely recommend Kendall Honda, and especially Lee. It's been over a month now and I'm still happy with my purchase! Wish the title would show up though lol More

I bought a brand new car March 2023, through them and it was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. It took two days to buy a car that I paid cash for. They made typos, neglected to verify funds in a timely manner and I left without a spare key. Three weeks later, still no follow up, apologies or accountability. I had to stay the night in a hotel since I had no vehicle. I dealt with five people during the process and none of them were competent. I was told many of the employees are new and don't know the vehicles well. $42,000 in cash and by far, the worst service and treatment ever. Buy elsewhere. More
I went into Kendall Honda to buy an VW Alltrack. The salesman Ryan Thill was most helpful and accomodating in showing me the vehicle and a pleasure to work with. Daniel Cagle was outstanding in helping me get what I thought was an incredible deal. He was respectful and polite and went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I might have. This was a first rate experience in buying a vehicle. And to top it off Jake Rand in finance was incredible and efficient and took great care in explaining everything to my satisfaction. Overall I had an incredible experience which has not always been the case when purchasing a vehicle. Absolutely a first rate experience at Kendall Honda. More
BEWARE the epic shuttle fail, which left me stranded at the mall and I had to walk back to the Honda dealership. No one seemed to be able to reach the shuttle driver or know where the shuttle was. Also if you call after 3pm you can’t get through because the phone lines are all jammed. This is really a safety issue leaving someone stranded, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Bring your walking shoes because maybe the shuttle will pick you up and maybe it won’t. (Then my car still wasn’t ready when I walked in, but that’s another review) More
