Update: I finally got a call back and was told you’re booked till Dec 2. Meanwhile I will try to find another place to do the work. How is this supposed to work when it’s a warranty issue? Wait 6 weeks to get your vehicle back? I personally know people who are demanding their money back for service plans they purchased because they can’t get the work done

Another update. Trying to confirm appointment because we have to drive 160 miles. Again, I can’t reach anyone. The number above that is supposed to be the service managers direct line is actually the main switchboard, which I’ve called numerous times with no success. This proves without a doubt that they don’t give a crap about their customers.
