They make you feel rushed when buying a vehicle. Bought a few here now and they don’t go over any features on the vehicle at all . The service department is awful. NEVER properly staffed. The sales department had the guts to tell us to make another payment on the truck we traded in a few weeks back . paperwork wise , they drag their feet. Love my fords just not this particular dealership. Much better experience at the dealership in anchorage. More
The level of arrogance and incompetence was shocking. They have cornered the market in Alaska and with that have forgotten what customer service is. They make promises they can't keep and forget they've made. I have purchased A LOT of vehicles throughout my life, only one was from Kendall, and it will be my last. It was a brand new F-150 in 2018, spent as much time in the shop as it did in my driveway. Couldn't reliably depend on it, and with no rental or loaner vehicles available, we demanded that Kendall purchase the truck back from us. Each time the repairs taking longer and longer, almost like their service department was almost as incompetent as the sales, accounting and the management staff. Communication doesn't exist and the service managers are completely overwhelmed and unable to properly do their job. It was quite pathetic to witness. They sell a bad product that they also can't fix properly, and then act as if they're doing you a favor. More
Absolutely horrible. I’ve made numerous phone calls to schedule service and still haven’t been able to get a human on the line. Left a voicemail 3 times and no one ever called me back. Wow. Difficult to describe entire experience here. I bought a new Ford Escort in 1990 and it required repair after a couple months. Ignition switch failed and couldn't start vehicle. Waited months for repairs. Promised myself I would never patronize Ford again. April 2021 I tried again. Same crappy service. If you're not prepared to drop 50k for a new vehicle stay away. More
Donovan was amazing and very patient with us on deciding on a truck. The financing was a little slow but that was due to being short handed and being later in the day. service department is the worst. I called to schedule an oil change and I was told the best thing to do is walk in first thing in the morning. I showed up at 8:00 and was told they can't do it while I wait oil change and I was told the best thing to do is walk in first thing in the morning. I was then told I could schedule an appointment two weeks out, for an oil change. What is the point of having an "express" oil center if you can't get car in. I kept getting different stories from people behind the counter. Bottom line they can't do anything. More
