He answered all my questions, gave me excellent help with the vehicle's many features that I (not tech friendly) was puzzled Tyler was fantastic. A new salesman who didn’t really “know” his product. Although it is a Ford dealership and I was purchasing a Chevy. The final transaction and paper signing went smoothly if not slowly. Some confusion over transfer of my vanity plates to the new vehicle but with proper nudging the process was completed. More

The absolute best I have ever dealt with. This dealership is the gold standard of how a company should run. Anyone considering a car or truck purchase could not find a better place to start. Been wanting a Bronco for a while. Contacted Kendall and talked with a "sales rep" Donovan and he said he was going to email photos and details of several Broncos they had in stock but Contacted Kendall and talked with a "sales rep" Donovan and he said he was going to email photos and details of several Broncos they had in stock but still unlisted online as it is almost a 200 hundred mile drive for us to get to the dealership. Never got any email with deets and subsequent emails and contact have gone without a response from Donovan. Kendall Ford of Kenai is no better. As soon as I inquired there the usual dealership shenanigans started. With Wasilla it was crickets and with Kenai it has been nothing but games and typical car salesmen vibes and bull. So freakin tired of all this bull from dealerships and salesmen. The dealership model is beyond flawed and Ford and all other manufacturers need to get with the times and stop subjecting their customers and potential customers to this kind of abuse. The dealership model needs to be relegated to the dust bin of history. Tesla makes the experience of purchasing a vehicle an easy peasy pleasure. Ford and everyone else seem to be nothing but draconian sadist scammers, at least when it comes to sales, service and everything in general. So fed up with dealerships and salesmen. They really are the lowest of the low. Get your act together Ford! More
I have a Ford Expedition and F-150 bought through Kendall. Expedition broke down two months ago and they still have not got it into the shop for service. My sales rep was great. She was easy to work with. I’m happy with my car. My only complaint is that I asked them to clean the inside of car. They didn’t vacuum. I found potato chips under back seat and popcorn under front seat. Soda splatter in cup holders. The car was actually disgusting. I spent two hours detailing it myself. This was all after waiting 4 hours to pick it up just so they could clean it. More
I have purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership since spring of 2021 with MSRP prices totaling over $160k. Each vehicle had it’s issues. Some we’re dealership issues and some were manufacturing issues. Then I attempted to by a used vehicle from them. While negotiating via txt and phone calls, the price changed. Additionally on two previous trades, NADA value was used. On this deal, they wanted to use Kelly Blue Book because it showed a lower value for my trade. We couldn’t agree on numbers via txt and phone. I felt the GM had lied and treated me poorly and lied to me. He told me they had $4k more invested than the price he was offering to sell it to me for. This vehicle was bought at auction, which means it was bought at less the trade in value. So I txt and asked if he would show me the purchase price and which Kendall dealerships it had been at. He told me he would not “dig up” paperwork on this vehicle. Any educated person knows all this information is loaded in the computer under the vehicle stock number. So I proceeded to post our conversation on Facebook. I also txt the post to the two salespersons I had worked with. The next day I went to dealership to check on the ordered accessories ford my Ford Explorer Platinum I had custom ordered. When driving in, I noticed the vehicle I was negotiating on was outside sales floor. It looked like it was detail for a sale. After I went and checked on my accessories, the vehicle I was negotiating on was gone. I proceeded to the GM.’s office and said, Nick, why couldn’t you be honest and say you had a better offer. His reply was “we are done talking, my friend.” I went to service the next day to be shown where my block heater plug was located. While driving in, I noticed the vehicle I was negotiating on was back on the lot. I did not go to sales. Three days later, while looking at used vehicles online, I noticed the vehicle asking price had been dropped by $5k. I submitted another offer online and got nothing back from the dealership. Who else thinks this is poor customer service? FYI, I let them know I had pre approved financing for this vehicle. More
