Well it was a used car when I got home I looked to see if it was winterized the bumper right side was loose. Not sure about the thorough inspection now. Took are vehicle in for repairs and found out it was more than we thought. Our warranty company had to come out to inspect the vehicle to confirm the damage to see what they would cover. That inspection was done, we had to keep calling to found out if the inspection was completed. After 2 days finally confirmed that the inspection was completed and they were now ordering the parts and that would take a week. Understand that as we live in Alaska. Called on Thursday to talk to our service rep and was told he was not available and left a message. My wife went in twice that same day and was not able to talk to him as he was out to lunch or there was nobody at the service desks. On Monday I went in because I still had not received a call back. When I went to talk to the service rep and told him that I left a message for him on Thursday, he pulled the sticky note from right in front of his computer monitor with the date of 8/17 @1235 written on it and all I got was I am sorry. The lack of respect to call your customers back is mind numbing. This is not the first time we have had this communication problem with the service department. The service reps are always busy and NEVER call you back. You have to spend your time to go into the business to speak to them in person to get any information. Horrible customer service and the wait time to get work done is weeks out. More

I had a very good experience at Kendall Ford, Wasilla. Tyler was fantastic. He answered all my questions, gave me excellent help with the vehicle's many features that I (not tech friendly) was puzzled Tyler was fantastic. He answered all my questions, gave me excellent help with the vehicle's many features that I (not tech friendly) was puzzled by. Tyler was very attentive with follow up. The young man who helped me return my rental and take me to the credit union was helpful and pleasant. The woman in finance was great as well. Thank you all. More

The final transaction and paper signing went smoothly if not slowly. Some confusion over transfer of my vanity plates to the new vehicle but with proper nudging the process was completed. More
