I am not an easy customer to please. I ask a lot of questions and expect the sales person to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle I am looking for. By chance, my wife and I had the great fortune to connect with Bruce Olmeim. He is patient, congenial, and thoroughly knowledgeable about Ford F-150s. Even though the search for my F-150 took some three months, I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. For me, the most uncomfortable element in purchasing a vehicle is always the price negotiation. I am pleased to say the negotiation did not take a lot of time and I was quite satisfied with the purchase. From my perspective, Kendall Ford cannot ask for a better salesman. My wife and I additionally met with, Jessie Dietz, a Finance Manager to complete the purchase. She is also another Kendall Ford gem. Financing was not an issue, because I traded in a vehicle and paid cash/check for the remaining cost. Jessie also thoroughly knew and clearly explained every detail about additional warranty options. Of absolutely no discredit to her, I was tempted, but I did not purchase any of the warranty options. I have always been willing to take the risk. Note: I gave Bruce and Jessie each a jar of blueberry jam that my wife and I picked and processed. We would certainly not have done that unless we thought very highly of them. More
William (sales) and Sebastian (finance) were very helpful, as was the sales manager. We found a small factory issue with the vehicle I purchased before we left the lot. They went over and beyond for me and my son. They let us test dive on our own. They stayed longer to help us with the paperwork and purchase of the vehicle. Had vehicle towed in due to crank no start issue. Explained to service advisor that started the process what was going on. There was a "low fuel" alarm on the dash and it would do this randomly. Was assured the truck would be looked at within the next few days if not by early the following week. Called for update and left voicemails with no call back. Four weeks later, finally was emailed by Brian Stamford stating there was an issue with the fuel system, and they had to look into it further. Two more weeks go by, and they stated the battery distribution junction box is the issue, and they would fix it for $8,000.00. When asked for a formal estimate in writing, was given a breakdown for parts and labor at a new total of $9,265.00. When asking why there was a large price change, Brian couldn't give an answer. Was informed it would take 5-7 business days to get the part and then another 2-3 weeks before it could be worked on. Made the determination to take the truck back as the time frame was long enough at 6 weeks with no work done to solve the problem. Upon looking into the issue, found a few corroded relays and fuses in the junction box. Spent 6 hours to disassemble and clean the box. Replaced a few relays that were more corroded then the rest and haven't had an issue since. More

I purchased the maximum warranty, undercoating and windshield protection. The only negative was on my part in not asking for a better deal for the windshield and undercoating since this is a very tiny car (Mazda Miata) and the cost should have been reduced. Other than that, I will definitely look at this dealership's website when I purchase my next vehicle as early as next year. Again, thank you all and God bless you and your business! More
