Brad Tidwell does an excellent job taking care of my car and getting me back on the road every time I go in for service. He even got my car fixed within 24 hours so that I had it back by noon on Christmas E and getting me back on the road every time I go in for service. I have always had good customer service from Brad and Carole. The rating above is directed at them and the actual service I received. My only complaint is generalized. Sometimes when calling in I don't always get a person. I have to call several times. This time for service (Jan 14), I was not greeted when I checked in. I stood around waiting while watching three men, assuming service managers, were having a casual chat. Finally one of them noticed me and said someone will be with me in a moment. Once Brad finished with his other customer, he checked in with me right away and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Carole went out of her way to make sure we had a pick up shuttle. She is always friendly and looks out to make sure all the paper work is in order. More
I have had all my service performed every 5,000 miles at Kendall, since original purchase in 2004. Today's visit was outstanding - in and out in less than 90 minutes for a 65,000 mile full service plus a co Kendall, since original purchase in 2004. I want to start off by stating that my salesman Cade went above and beyond to provide a level of personal attention and customer service that ultimately led to my purchase of a used Ford pickup. I had several repair and service related issues that took over a month to finaly get resolve. However in the end the management and staff at Kendall Ford put customer satisfaction ahead of their bottom line. More

I purchased a new F-150 from Erik Paul at Kendall Ford, and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Erik was a pleasure to work with and is the most knowledgeable, professional, and hon and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Erik was a pleasure to work with and is the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest car salesman I've ever done business with. I knew pretty much what I wanted, and Erik was excellent about explaining what was in stock vs. in transit, and finding me a truck that met my requirements. There was almost no haggling -- Erik offered me a competitive price from the start, more so than any other dealership of all brands in Anchorage. The 40 mile drive from Anchorage to Wasilla was completely worth it. The appraisal of my trade-in was fair, and overall the experience at the dealership was just as pleasant as it was over the phone. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to make it out to Wasilla until late evening, and Erik and his crew stayed after hours to complete the sale. I was amazed and surprised at the attention to detail of Erik specifically -- the truck was freshly detailed before I even arrived, and Erik helped me make sure I had all of my belongings from my old car, even washing and transferring my custom license plate frame to the new truck, which I surely would have forgotten. Being an active duty military officer, it's refreshing to see such a hardworking, professional, and honest individual like Erik in this line of business. I expected this car buying experience to be long and painful, and it's clear now that the only mistake that I made was not calling Kendall Ford from the start and wasting time at other dealerships first. I will without a doubt share this hidden gem with all of my friends, and if you're looking for a new car or truck I highly recommend that you check out Wasilla Ford and ask for Erik Paul. More
