I think Kendall raised the bar for customer service when they bought the dealership and it is the folks that work there that really make a difference in your experience as a customer. Whether it is in sales, service, or parts, they have been around a while and know how to treat their customers. The salesmen know their products and there are never any high pressure sales tactics. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership and especially these individuals. If you are looking for either a new or used car they will work with you to get you the most for your dollar and put you in a car YOU want not just something to make a quick sale. If your looking for service I think they have one of the best shops in Alaska and I do take my vehicles in there for service and have always been satisfied with the results. The GM, Grant Olson sold me the first brand new car I ever bought back in 2002 and I have been buying my vehicles, eight of them, from this dealership ever since. Brad Tidwell does an excellent job taking care of my car and getting me back on the road every time I go in for service. I have always had good customer service from Brad and Carole. The rating above is directed at them and the actual service I received. My only complaint is generalized. Sometimes when calling in I don't always get a person. I have to call several times. This time for service (Jan 14), I was not greeted when I checked in. I stood around waiting while watching three men, assuming service managers, were having a casual chat. Finally one of them noticed me and said someone will be with me in a moment. Once Brad finished with his other customer, he checked in with me right away and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Carole went out of her way to make sure we had a pick up shuttle. She is always friendly and looks out to make sure all the paper work is in order. More
