I think Kendall raised the bar for customer service when they bought the dealership and it is the folks that work there that really make a difference in your experience as a customer. Whether it is in sales, service, or parts, they have been around a while and know how to treat their customers. The salesmen know their products and there are never any high pressure sales tactics. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership and especially these individuals. If you are looking for either a new or used car they will work with you to get you the most for your dollar and put you in a car YOU want not just something to make a quick sale. If your looking for service I think they have one of the best shops in Alaska and I do take my vehicles in there for service and have always been satisfied with the results. Brad Tidwell does an excellent job taking care of my car and getting me back on the road every time I go in for service.
