I have been buying new vehicles from Kendall Ford since 2004. Owning a business in Anchorage, we have upgraded our fleet to keep in step with our needs and I am pleased with Kendall's sales and service dep 2004. Owning a business in Anchorage, we have upgraded our fleet to keep in step with our needs and I am pleased with Kendall's sales and service departments. We of course deal with their fleet sales department and have been very satisfied with how my salesman has worked with and for us to provide the best deals available in Alaska. To date, we have purchased five light to medium duty trucks. We also got a Flex for my wife ( drives as nice as my Lincoln Towncar ). We have had a couple mechanical problems, but they were dealt with by their service department and solved in a professional manner. I will continue to use Kendall for all my vehicle needs. I have to qualify my statements with saying that I am a "Ford guy". I believe Ford to be the best available and I think they will only get better. The F-350 that I just bought is as light on its feet as an F-150 and the performance is mind blowing. (6.2 L) WOW, Thank you Ford. More
My husband and I went into the dealership to test drive a vehicle. Doc Kane was our salesman who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! He spent a few hours with us, test drove a couple of vehicles and was very patient with us when we decided to order a Ford Edge directly from the factory. Doc kept us informed weekly on the status of the vehicle and it arrived sooner than expected. We picked up our new vehicle on 11/5 and Doc called us the following day just to follow up and answer any questions if needed, and see if we're still happy with our purchase, which we are. I highly recommend Doc Kane and will certainly call on him again in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle. Rich & Tina Bosela More
Very poor quality of work. I had front axle and hub seals and a burnt up hib that were bad on a 2005 F350 so I took it to Kendall to get repaired. $3000 later I was still having issues. I had also re seals and a burnt up hib that were bad on a 2005 F350 so I took it to Kendall to get repaired. $3000 later I was still having issues. I had also requested to see and keep the old parts which mysteriously were never found after requesting them before and after the work was completed. I brought the truck back because the 4x4 was inoperable and they told me it was a solenoid. This is something that should have been checked before it was released out the door. I replaced the solenoid myself because they wanted to charge me another $400 to do so. Still had issues and a few months later I checked the seals and found the passenger side to be leaking. They stated they would cover the repair under warranty. They lied. The whole passenger side hub got trashed and they tried charging me again for repairs because water got inside. If the seals were replaced right the first time this wouldn't have happened. Save yourself the stress and headache and money, go somewhere else. They will do anything to screw a customer and don't stand behind their work at all. More

Even though I trust the Ford company, the salesman can make all the difference in the over-all feel of service. Tim was wonderful and attentive, I didn't feel like just another sale. Thank you Ford and Tim Grisso! More
I think that Doc and his manager, went out of their way to find the F 150 that I would enjoy owning and driving for years to come. They gave me what I wanted on my trade in without any haggling and a great to find the F 150 that I would enjoy owning and driving for years to come. They gave me what I wanted on my trade in without any haggling and a great discount on the new one for being a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Happy? You betcha! Our experience was both positive and negative. The positive was the interaction with your sales people (in General) and your financial person (Specific). The financial person went out of her way to co positive was the interaction with your sales people (in General) and your financial person (Specific). The financial person went out of her way to complete the process in a timely manner dealing with a bank issue that arose. Your salesman was friendly, courteous and generally informative throughtout the process. The negative aspect comes in that the vehicle was suppose to have been dealtailed and was suppose to been given a complete inspection. I seriously doubt that this was done when I turned on the window shield wiper and discovered that the rubber on one was shreaded. At that point, I took the vehicle to Mr. Lube and discovered that the oil was down a quart, the air filters needed to be changed, the other fluids tanks needed to be filled and that the low air indicator light was misfunctioning. We also had to clean the inside of the vehicle because of a smokey odor. It makes me wonder if the vehicle was really checked out by your maintenance people. I realize that the vehicle came with no warranty, but when your staff states that the vehicle was given a 80 or 100 point check to be sure that everything is in good condition and ready to go, and then these issues are discovered, it raises questions about honesty and integrity. We went into Kendall to look at the Ford Escape. We were not mauled by a salesman as soon as we got out of our car. Tim Grisso came to us after a few minutes and was a good salesman. He listened to our need not mauled by a salesman as soon as we got out of our car. Tim Grisso came to us after a few minutes and was a good salesman. He listened to our needs asked some questions and provided the guidance we needed to make our decision. Tim has a great demeanor and approach for car sales and would recommend you ask for him specifically. Ryan Warren went to bat for us on the finance side and did a great job getting us financed with our not so perfect credit rating. We met our service rep tonight, Kevin Gifford. Again, he was a great fit for his position; listening and meeting our needs. He was not put out when we asked questions and even had our new Escape rewashed when we pointed out some dirt from the service technicians. So far we are impressed with the customer centered service we've received and recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Ford. More
