We went in looking for a safe and reliable family vehicle. We were attended to by Tim Grisso. I have never had a more relaxed experience with a car dealership. I think that Doc and his manager, went out of their way to find the F 150 that I would enjoy owning and driving for years to come. They gave me what I wanted on my trade in without any haggling and a great to find the F 150 that I would enjoy owning and driving for years to come. I did not think I was going to buy a vehicle and when I went in to Kendalls in Wasilla I felt immediately comfortable to inquire within the dealership. I was met with warm hospitality and the finance depar went in to Kendalls in Wasilla I felt immediately comfortable to inquire within the dealership. Our experience was both positive and negative. The positive was the interaction with your sales people (in General) and your financial person (Specific). The financial person went out of her way to complete the process in a timely manner dealing with a bank issue that arose. Your salesman was friendly, courteous and generally informative throughtout the process. The negative aspect comes in that the vehicle was suppose to have been dealtailed and was suppose to been given a complete inspection. I seriously doubt that this was done when I turned on the window shield wiper and discovered that the rubber on one was shreaded. At that point, I took the vehicle to Mr. Lube and discovered that the oil was down a quart, the air filters needed to be changed, the other fluids tanks needed to be filled and that the low air indicator light was misfunctioning. We also had to clean the inside of the vehicle because of a smokey odor. It makes me wonder if the vehicle was really checked out by your maintenance people. I realize that the vehicle came with no warranty, but when your staff states that the vehicle was given a 80 or 100 point check to be sure that everything is in good condition and ready to go, and then these issues are discovered, it raises questions about honesty and integrity. We went into Kendall to look at the Ford Escape. We were not mauled by a salesman as soon as we got out of our car. Tim Grisso came to us after a few minutes and was a good salesman. Tim has a great demeanor and approach for car sales and would recommend you ask for him specifically. Ryan Warren went to bat for us on the finance side and did a great job getting us financed with our not so perfect credit rating. We met our service rep tonight, Kevin Gifford. Again, he was a great fit for his position; listening and meeting our needs. He was not put out when we asked questions and even had our new Escape rewashed when we pointed out some dirt from the service technicians. So far we are impressed with the customer centered service we've received and recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Ford. More

My husband and I have done business with Kendall Ford for over 10 years and we still come back due to the excellent customer service. They actually listen and don't offer you things you did not ask for, but only bring you vehciles to try that you actually wanted. Reminds me of a story when I was shopping somewhere and I asked the salesman for a pair of 10 shoes, and he brings me out an 8, and says this is all we have, do you want to try it on? Are you kidding. But Kendall Ford employees, listen. So we will continue to shop their. Oh, the Service Department is also good as they actually call you and let you know where they are with your vehicle when they are working on it and call you right when it is ready. In 2010 we bought a HD 1/2 ton, liked the salesman that helped us, but never heard from him again. Earlier this year we were back at Kendall Ford looking at heavier duty trucks; we were passed from a less experienced salesman to a gentleman we had worked with before; he told us he would check on what we were looking for and call us back.....never a call and when my husband confronted him a couple of weeks later, he said he had gotten busy and lost our number. The last experience was when we sold our truck we bought from Kendall Ford....we had gap insurance etc. and were told it would take 6-8 weeks to get our money back, two weeks ago my husband checked with Kendall Ford, and they said it was in Fords hands, today we check and everyone is passing the ball. We've owned Ford trucks previously and dealt with Brooks Hanna in Butte Montana, and we would definatley deal with them again, but not Kendall Ford. More
