I traveled to Meridian from Idaho Falls to purchase my first truck. I had just bought a new camp trailer and needed a truck that would pull it with ease. I spoke with Caden McGee and not only was he knowledgeable on what I needed but he also did not push me into a truck that would not fit or over exceed my needs. He asked me lots of questions to make sure that Kendall Ford could get me into the truck that was perfect for me. Financing was also a breeze and didn't take long to do. Andrew was also very knowledgeable and explained all of the options available. Once again I did not feel pressured to purchase a package that was beyond my needs. I will continue to go to Kendall Ford for my future purchases. More

Take me seriously when I tell you about my experience today at Kendall Ford in Meridian, ID. I set up an appointment two months ago to get the rear camera fixed on my Ford Edge. The appointment was for today at Kendall Ford in Meridian, ID. I set up an appointment two months ago to get the rear camera fixed on my Ford Edge. The appointment was for 8AM and I was there at 7:45AM. The service advisor pulled the part number for the camera and I left my car. I called in the afternoon to see if it was finished...no, not yet. Later I stopped by (3PM) to see if my car was done yet. I was told the technician was still working on it. An hour and a half later, the service advisor informed me they did not have the part. Yes, seriously. They had my car for nine hours and nothing done on it. Do you think I was lied to when I checked on the progress of my vehicle and told the technician was working on it??? I received a call from the Service Manager and I informed him I will never be back. More

Good prices, nice salesman and manager. Sadly the truck wasn't checked out for issues and cleaned properly before being sold to me. Kendall did fix the camera issue and attempted to reclean the vehicle (dirty bed, small paint scuffs on bumper). However, when the truck came back it had a slight dent with a nasty scratch in a bed panel. I called, and Kendall wanted to make it right; an appointment was made and then nobody came to pick up the truck as arranged. Finally after another round of missed appointments, they came and picked up the truck; it came back the same day with less of a deep scratch. After a brief discussion with a Kendall Manager, he apologized and wanted to have the necessary repairs done to make it right. 4 weeks later, it turned out alright - Save yourself the trouble and make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition before taking possession of it, and then don't look back! More

We had a really great experience at Kendall Ford of Meridian. Mike Parr was a great guy to work with and extremely personable. He helped us out along the way and kept us updated. We felt we received a very fair trade-in value on our 2013 Explorer and we are loving the 2020 Expedition Limited. Car buying is never stress free but Mike made it enjoyable.
