I bought my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. Love the vehicle but I brought it in because it’s close to my work and home at 7:30 am. I had one flat tire. Next thing I’m told I should buy 4 new tires because it’s a FWD and I said yes. It’s been hours, I called numerous times for an eta in 4 tires. Finally got a response that by 6 pm! The 4 tires should be on there. They didn’t they’ll me it would take 8+ hours to put 4 tires on! I called after 4 hours and told unknown when they would be done and it took 3 more calls to get any response! I should have called GEICO and they’d have came and had my one flat tire fixed in an half hour band I’d of driven to Lithia Ford. 8+ hours and still no tires and they were top of line 4 WD tires I was paying for but now I had to call off work because I kept awake after getting off work at 7 am thinking by noon my tires would be on. But no. I won’t go back again but I’m still waiting for my xxxx truck to have tires put on Maybe by 6 pm when they close? Shame on the service department! Can’t even give an honest answer or honest work. Shameful. I’m really furious and hate to miss work but after being up nearly 20 hours waiting on my vehicle- which is still not done- who wouldn’t be? Use service department at your own risk. More

Here's my Kendall Ford Experience I began the buying process online today and sent the the VIN and pictures of my trade to the salesman, to include pictures of the VIN. The tentative offer they made was good so I went to the dealer with my trade and they inspected it. Everything was good, we had the deal done, and I waited two hours for financing and then went in to sign the papers. We reviewed the deal again in the finance office, everything was good, so they began to print out the papers for me to sign. Then one of the sales managers comes into the finance office and says that he made an "egregious mistake". He quoted the trade in offer on the wrong vehicle and that mine was worth $15,000 less than what he offered. I provided them with the VIN of my vehicle to research before I even arrived at the dealership, they inspected my vehicle at the dealership and said everything was good, then two hours later when I'm about to sign the papers, he informs me of his "egregious mistake" and offers to "re-do the numbers" while telling me that my vehicle is worth $15,000 less than what they offered. Then he asked me if I really thought my vehicle was worth that much. This is a whole new level of scam that I haven't even heard of before. I would be careful when dealing with these guys and would recommend staying far away. More
If I could leave a negative rating I would…do out buy from Kendall! I purchased a new 2019 Ford F250 and had the DEF system go out while I was traveling. No ford dealer mechanic was available, had a diff from Kendall! I purchased a new 2019 Ford F250 and had the DEF system go out while I was traveling. No ford dealer mechanic was available, had a different diesel shop referred by the Lewiston ford dealer fix it, and Kendall refused to acknowledge the extended warranty I purchased and did nothing to work with ford to have the issue covered under warranty. I paid $2000 for a repair that should have been covered under warranty. A month later the same issue occurred, took my truck to Kendall and they wanted to charge me $2600 to repair, claiming not covered under warranty. Took my truck for a second opinion to different mechanic, they repaired for $1700 and are working with ford to have the parts covered under warranty which is $1300. Kendall the ford dealer I bought the truck from and purchased an extended warranty is completely unwilling to assist me in any way. This originally occurred in May and I still have not received any response from Kendall following up on the numerous emails and voice messages left with their customer service advisor Tom Foote. I have purchased 5-6 work and personal trucks from them over the same number of years and will never do business with them again. More

Compared to trying to do business with Ford dealers in the Austin area, these guys are a dream. Austin region, highest growth rate in the country dealers couldn't care less about returning calls or meetin the Austin area, these guys are a dream. I got tired of trying and did a nationwide search. Found Kendall Ford and I could not be more pleased. Matt, my salesperson was helpful, responsive, timely and a perfect gentleman. I flew in to pick up my new vehicle and he met me at the airport. About 2 hours later I drove out with my made ready vehicle, and saved a ton of money since local dealers wanted MSRP Plus tinting, paint protection and those kinds of profit makers. Still haven't had a call back locally and it's been over a month. Love the vehicle and the purchase paid for a nice vacation to Idaho. More
