Shortly after my review I was contacted by Kendall ford. I believe it was the service department manager whom I was talking with. They were very concerned about the poor install that was done. I told them that I would like to to reimbursed my $265 for the removal of the level kit. I did receive the check about a week later. The truck is driving much better. At that time we also talked about test driving my truck and figure out the vibration I’m dealing with. That was the week of August 1st. They told me that the vibration expert was off the following week of 8/8. I said no problem, I’m also going to be out of town. We will call you the week of 8/15. No word from Kendall. It’s now 8/28. It’s is really getting old dealing with Kendall.
