We were able to do most of the work online before I came to the dealership. They were very easy to work with. Our 5+ year old Ford Escape had served our needs well but circumstances suggested the security of new as well as a larger space that we get into a V-6 Edge. A competitor-dealer really let us down: I chose to find the perfect vehicle on my own. When that Edge was found on Kendall Ford's lot I swallowed hard and called to check on availability. Mike Parr became a welcome guide, answering all my questions from pricing to financing options and assisting us to purchase exactly what we were after. No run arounds, tag-team antics or bait-and-switch options were any part of our buying experience. We paid exactly what we were told the price would be from our first phone call. Financing provided a Ford incentive-discount and went quickly. A full tank of gas in a brand-new car was that we drove away a short time later completed a truly open, honest and enjoyable car-buying experience. Frankly, Kendall Ford and Mike Parr should provide training for all dealerships in making happy customers. More
