Originally i posted as a 5 star review, since the process of buying the car was great, along with with my sales rep Justin. Now I am having problems because of the accessories department. I bought a bronco a of buying the car was great, along with with my sales rep Justin. Now I am having problems because of the accessories department. I bought a bronco about 6 weeks ago and got a rebate to go towards accessories. I've tried calling 3 times now to find out the status of my accessories. Each time I call someone who doesn't work in accessories answers and tells me that the accessory manager isn't working today. This has been on 3 separate days. They tell me they leave a message for the accessory team and that I will receive a call from the accessory department when they come in to work. I have yet to receive and information from the accessory department. I would just like to know that my accessories are in route and I'm not just being screwed over and ignored. More
