Originally i posted as a 5 star review, since the process of buying the car was great, along with with my sales rep Justin. Now I am having problems because of the accessories department. I bought a bronco about 6 weeks ago and got a rebate to go towards accessories. I've tried calling 3 times now to find out the status of my accessories. Each time I call someone who doesn't work in accessories answers and tells me that the accessory manager isn't working today. This has been on 3 separate days. They tell me they leave a message for the accessory team and that I will receive a call from the accessory department when they come in to work. I have yet to receive and information from the accessory department. I would just like to know that my accessories are in route and I'm not just being screwed over and ignored. More
As much as I would like to write a 5 star review, I can’t do it. I purchased my 2020 f-250 in 12/20. I had several after market things done on the truck. I’m not familiar with the level kit, my buddy talked me into getting it installed. Should of never had that installed. The trouble I was having was the front end was very stiff. If I went over a speed bump faster the 5 mph it would jar your teeth. I also have a internal cab vibration. I was told from a few tire shops that if I remove the level kit it might fix my problems. I took my truck to Schwab to get the level kit removed ($260). They called me awhile later and said that there never was the shock extenders installed. I went today to Kendall to talk to the accessories dept. Sure enough they were never installed. By not installing the shock extenders the shock is already extended 2”. The front end now is not anywhere as stiff as it was. I still have an appointment in 6 weeks to check out the vibrations issue. I was told that Kendall would reinstall the level kit with the shock extenders. Don’t know what it takes to get something installed correctly. More

Having only seen pictures and then coming in from out of state it was great to find the truck to be as described. 2) Matt was great to work with. He was personable, available, professional, and made the extra effort even picking up from my hotel. 3) The sale process was easy as Matt had all his ducks in a row when I arrived. 4) A few weeks later I am only more pleased with how it all went down and with the truck itself. 5) There is another Kendal Ford in Marysville, WA that I was connected with throughout the process providing additional support. Top notch operation. More

Since I live out of state, I enjoyed being able to work via e mail. Some of your other questions don't apply to my purchase, as I only appeared at the dealership to take delivery.
