Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. They are very friendly until your new vehicle has minor issues that they do not want to deal with. First issue door wasn’t shutting properly. They ended up sending it to body shop that fixed the door. Couple months later I set up an appointment for a recall that we knew when purchasing the vehicle. It was for the rear control panel. The appointment was over a month out. I took the day off work to make sure I could get vehicle in. In addition I had them change oil. Get a call at end of work day telling me they didn’t have the part. Come to find out they never even ordered part until that day and there was no ETA for part. I get that this stuff happens, but don’t try to tell me it’s because appointment got moved up a month early. Your people are the ones that called and moved it up a month. Very poorly managed. More

The salesperson, Greg Henry, treated me with respect, was honest and patient while working through my deal while not trying to over-pressure, which I have never experienced from other car salesmen before. I highly recommend going through him for you vehicle purchase. However, when signing loan and purchase docs, the finance guy was condescending. Saying things like "with credit like yours" in a very condescending manner (when I have average credit only a few points away from good credit and excellent income), and "I can tell people like you won't buy extended warranty so I won't try hard and I already sold alot today". Salesman made my experience wonderful, finance guy tainted it for sure. More
