Follow up to earlier review on 3500 Chevy Silverado. I was contacted by Mr. Greene, manager at Kendall Ford in Meridian. Upon our discussion, Mr. Greene offered to split the cost of new tires with me up I was contacted by Mr. Greene, manager at Kendall Ford in Meridian. Upon our discussion, Mr. Greene offered to split the cost of new tires with me upon hearing about my situation. I am thankful that he took the time to hear me out, and offer to split the cost of my new tires. I heard back a couple of days later, and was informed that a check was mailed out to me as we discussed. I appreciate a dealership that is willing to assist their customers, and follow through on their promises. I purchased my 3500 2020 Chevy Silverado Diesel pickup with 32000 miles in June 2025.. My overall experience was mixed; I like my truck, it is a quality vehicle, and the finance director was very knowledg with 32000 miles in June 2025.. My overall experience was mixed; I like my truck, it is a quality vehicle, and the finance director was very knowledgeable and helpful. My dissatisfaction with this dealership is that I specifically requested that the tires on my new purchase would be of quality and comparable to the new tires i put on my trade in. The tires on my trade in had less than 25,000 miles, in contrast to the tires on my purchase. The tires on my new vehicle had significant wear, however the salesman stated "they meet our requirements". My request was not honored and two weeks later, i experienced a blowout on my truck in the middle of nowhere, out of state, and which cost me over 600 dollars out of pocket for my tow and temporary repair that was needed to get me back to Idaho, Additonally, my truck is still in the collision body shop for a month to get the body damage fixed on my truck due to the blowout. This blowout additionally has cost my insurance over $10,000 dollars. The blow out was due to bad belts in 2 x of my tires that could of been addressed when i asked for the tires to be checked and replaced. This lack of addressing my request resulted in body damage, a lot of financial cost and could of resulted in personal injury during the blowout. As stated before, the financial manager was helpful, however the experience with the salesman and lack of customer support with a valid request in a 60,000 dollar purchase, has me hesitant in working with this dealer in the future and I warn my friends and others on going to this dealer in the future. More
