Worst service department I've ever used. 2023 F150 Platinum died on a Friday evening. Had it towed to Kendall on Saturday. Monday morning Josh called to tell me they found my truck and would 2023 F150 Platinum died on a Friday evening. Had it towed to Kendall on Saturday. Monday morning Josh called to tell me they found my truck and would check it out that night. I asked about a loaner, and he said he would check on that as well. I called Tuesday morning to see what they found, and he said they were still testing it and would call me later in the day. Nothing. I called Wednesday morning and they said they would check it out and call me in about an hour and would let me know about my truck as well as a loaner. Still no call back. I heard nothing on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I had to go out of town for the weekend, and got back Monday around noon. I called again, they said my service rep was out to lunch, and he'd call me back. He did call back around 1:30, and said that there was a bad cell in the battery, and they were testing it, and he would call me back. I asked why it would take a week to replace they battery, he had no answer. Again, no call back that night. I called Tuesday morning and he told me that everything should be fine, and that they were out test driving it to make sure all was ok. I went to pick it up, and after waiting 15 min, my service rep comes out hands me my keys and said everything should be ok. I had to ask for a receipt. Never got the one like I do when I have my vehicles serviced. He said he would email it to me. When I got to my truck, I could tell it hadn't been driven that morning like he said it had. It rained over night, and you can tell the truck wasn't driven. I will never take my vehicles to this dealership for service. There was no communication, no answers to my questions, no loaner car, no nothing. More
I purchased a truck that I love about a month or so from Kendall Ford in Meridian. However the service and experience at Kendall is concerning. I bought the truck on a Sunday. Which I do not recommend doin Kendall Ford in Meridian. However the service and experience at Kendall is concerning. I bought the truck on a Sunday. Which I do not recommend doing at Kendall Ford. They run a skeleton crew on that day with minimal staff which lead to us being there for over 3 hours. Brandon the salesperson was a very nice and friendly person but his knowledge of the cars that are being sold at the dealership is not very good. Another salesperson helped him go over the inspection and mention items he did not understand, like I said nice and friendly guy, but you have to have knowledge of what your selling to people it’s a bad look when you don’t know or unsure on more than a couple topics or items asked by clients. The gentleman that helped us in the finance department when it came time to do the numbers was named Charles. You have to remember their hustle is get you to agree to the warranties and extra items that you may or may not need as that is how they make their commission or bonus per my wife who is an attorney, she was rough on him and Brandon in regards to their ways. We went back and forth over the interest rate and these “extra items” a few times until I got to where I felt comfortable financing this truck through one of the banks they selected/ would finance me. I was also enrolled in the “recover” item/system for $800 where if you lose your keys or car gets stolen it can be tracked by the fob on your key chain and the box that is put in your car. I received the 2 keychain fobs and was promised the box for the car which I was never given. Charles was all ears and attentive until the papers were signed. When this was brought to his attention by calling the office the day after and leaving a message not once but twice to speak about the matter or the promised item for the truck. I never received a call back. You have to remember that a car dealership is a business and like any other business they are about money and as I learned from a previous boss of mine is that money comes 1st before anything else in business. Not to mention the truck I purchased after the test drive my wife noticed a nail in the rear driver side tire, which lead me to have to leave her overnight so the tire repair department could patch her up then the sensor in the tire had to be replaced about a week later as it would not turn off or reset from the nail that was in the tire when this service was performed. The gal who assisted me when the truck was dropped off for the service said it would cost about $300 or so, I had to shut her down by saying the truck was still under the manufacture’s warranty and the 10 year extended warranty I purchased there at Kendall and also the truck was almost out of gas bordering on empty after the test drive, the truck was a used truck from there used lot. Which leads me to believe that either A the staff takes the used cars out and about for lunch or who knows what else or B a poor job is done on keeping the cars with a sufficient amount of gas in them. If there was maybe one or so minor items that were below satisfactory during this experience, I could see leaving a positive review, but when there is multiple and by the above mentioned I mean multiple negative situations I feel the truth has to be spoken to inform and warn other people. I love my truck and think she is the greatest thing since sliced bread and I believe I got a decent deal on her. But besides that, there’s nothing positive I can say about Kendall Ford. More

Rickey Aragon and Richard Ortega were outstand Salesman, no pressure sales, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. This is the 2nd time with Rickey. Both answered my questions and my return with concern no pressure sales, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. This is the 2nd time with Rickey. Both answered my questions and my return with concerns. I love the cars both the Ford Edge and this Escape hybred. I wish the Escape turn signals were louder due to my poor hearing. Contract Writer was also very nice to explain in detail and was kind and considerate. Very satisfied with the Dealership and will continue to use them for Car Service. More

Kendall Ford (Meridian, ID) has a large inventory of vehicles. Their employees are ready and willing to help in any way that they can. The salesman who helped me was even willing to come to Kendall on his day off in order to help finalize the sale. He was in communication with me by texting, phone calls, and emails. I was very well taken care of from beginning to the end of the purchasing process. Also, the gentleman who helped with the financing, was extremely kind and patient with me as he explained every detail of the sale. And, before I drove away from Kendall Ford, the salesman explained every possible feature on the dashboard and inside the vehicle. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Kendall Ford of Meridian ID. And, I will definitely return to them in the future for my future vehicles.
