I am sure they thought we were nuts because we wanted to back out of the original purchase to upgrade from the Maverick XLT package to the Maverick Hybrid Lariat package. The two of them were real champions and did everything right to make sure our upgrade was done and done to our satisfaction. Thanks to the both of them we came away very happy and satisfied with our new Maverick. You gotta love those two men and of course the dealership for making it all happen.
