I have purchased from Kendall in another city, so I have experience with the company. I was given the wrong mileage on the car and they reduced the price $500 put did not on the paperwork. They were not upfront about the extended warranty nor the price and what it covers. Nor have I been given the proper paperwork regarding such warranty after many requests. I really like my car, I am completely disappointed with the the Finance guy and the after purchase service. The sales staff did fine except for the incorrect mileage. I absolutely feel as though I was taken advantaged by Finance! And, I had recommended the Dealership to my Daughter and Son In Law who also purchased. More
Hello ,I went up and looked at the Veh it was pictured as for sale parts were hanging off the inside was filled with stuff it should not have been pictured for sale ! I looked at a Ford Explorer it wa for sale parts were hanging off the inside was filled with stuff it should not have been pictured for sale ! I looked at a Ford Explorer it was what I was looking for a great second Veh .I left called the Insurance Company to put Insurance on the Veh the Insurance Company wouldn't Insure it because it was an older Veh called the Dealership to inform I wasn't able to get the Explorer was called numerous times an hassled they wouldn't understand the situation was not my fault .I will not recommend or return .I should be able to make a decision and not be hassled the change was not my fault . I used to work for the Kendall Ford in Boise, Id. I am a very loyal client of theirs and stand behind their great customer service. We recently bought an older used Diesel F-150 from them. We loved it but only 4 months into owning it became completely unsafe to drive. It was losing power on the highway and it was quite scary. We got the extended warranty but after calling the dealership service depart we could not get it into them for 2 months. Meanwhile truck got worse. They tried to help by giving a rental and taking truck onto lot to fit in when they could. Rental would have been 40 bucks a day cost to us until warranty would take over a portion when the truck could be seen. Not really ideal for us since we had a recent bout of medical emergencies. We came back to dealership to see our fabulous sales guy Nate and his boss Derek. They really helped us out. We traded truck back into them and got into a brand new F-150. They really went above and beyond to help us and make the best of what was a really bad situation. Derek was very understanding and kind and friendly. He is a great sales manager. Nate is an awesome sales guy and was very knowledgeable and spent time going over features with us on the new truck. Highly suggest anyone ask for him. He is all around just a wonderful human being. I worked for Kendall and will remain loyal to Kendall. Everyone all the way up to the owners are kind and caring people. More

Had a great experience shopping for a car at Kendall Ford of Marysville. Our consultant, Malyki, was very personable and made us feel quite comfortable in answering all our questions about the vehicle we wer of Marysville. Realizing we were ‘old school’ car owners, a major highlight of our visit was when he accompanied us on a lengthy test drive and helped us feel at ease driving a car with technological features we were unfamiliar with. made an appointment for front and rear differential fluid transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the fr transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the front differential there but they'd be happy to take care of the rear differential for me. Well of course, why wouldn't I pay them to take care of half the service I requested after using a day of vacation. Don't buy a car here, the service department doesn't value your time in the least. Also tried to talk with there "chat assistant" on line to write a review. No help there either, wanted your name, number, what the problem is.... anything but help me to write a negative review. More
