Had a great experience shopping for a car at Kendall Ford of Marysville. Our consultant, Malyki, was very personable and made us feel quite comfortable in answering all our questions about the vehicle we wer of Marysville. Realizing we were ‘old school’ car owners, a major highlight of our visit was when he accompanied us on a lengthy test drive and helped us feel at ease driving a car with technological features we were unfamiliar with. made an appointment for front and rear differential fluid transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the fr transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the front differential there but they'd be happy to take care of the rear differential for me. Well of course, why wouldn't I pay them to take care of half the service I requested after using a day of vacation. Don't buy a car here, the service department doesn't value your time in the least. Also tried to talk with there "chat assistant" on line to write a review. No help there either, wanted your name, number, what the problem is.... anything but help me to write a negative review. More
No pressure sales… they worked with us nicely and great salesman in Jack… long future for him. The one thing I thought they lacked was tutorial videos from Ford and then they emailed the link to all th salesman in Jack… long future for him. I purchased a used vehicle from Kendall Ford of Marysville on Sunday August 13th. I was told the vehicle went through their full inspection. The vehicle needed an immediate alignment and within a week the trailer brake system service light came on. My local shop said there was a history of the error code. I have requested the inspection report from Kendall Ford of Marysville multiple times and have not received it to date (the service Deposit was not open on the Sunday I purchased the vehicle, so the report was not available). $600 worth of repairs/maintenance within two weeks of purchase is an unexpected cost. I am not convinced the vehicle went through their inspection or that proper maintenance/repairs were made following the inspection. More
