We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, working with Chris Cook, who is our 'go to' guy when we need a new car. He's made a deal work for us everytime and we've been very pleased. This most recent purchase involved a 2012 Ford Focus with all the bells and whistles that come with these new cars. Clint Walker walked us through much of the technology on this car. With the fancy screen etc. He has also offered, and I will be taking advatange of this offer to set up an appointment to go over more. He was extremely polite and very thorough in his explanations. I intend to work with him in the future as well. I can't say enough about Marysville Ford, I don't believe we will ever but another car anywhere else. That being said, keeping strong good solid and honest employees such as Chris and Clint is a must, as they are what make us return again and again. More

Phally Keo and Justin Harpham in Internet Sales were both fanta for all their hard work in getting us in our new factory ordered 2013 Ford Explorer. Phally Keo and Justin Harpham in Internet Sales were both fantastic throughout the total process. They were always very friendly and helpful in keeping us fully informed regarding our new car status and quick to ensure we got exactly the vehicle and options we wanted at a fair price. Justin made us feel very welcome and showed us excellent hospitality when we came to pick up the vehicle. Pete Shurts, the financial director we dealt with in completing our final paperwork was very courteous and friendly and expedited the process, which was much better than our previous car buying experiences. We have bought 6 new cars over the years from dealerships throughout the country and in the local area. Without question, this was our best total experience ever. I can assure you, we were extremely pleased with the way the staff of the dealership treated us and will be recommending Marysville Ford to anyone we know who is looking for a new Ford. I brought my 95 Ford, with 82,000 miles on it, into this dealership for some work, including replacement of the speedo cable because the needle would "jitter" so it was hard to see what the actual speed was dealership for some work, including replacement of the speedo cable because the needle would "jitter" so it was hard to see what the actual speed was. When we picked up the car, we were given the bill and told what good shape it was in for being an older car. Yes, we said, that is why we own it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my car's mileage would DOUBLE! Furthermore, how disheartening that the service dept did not TELL ME upon pick up that the new speedo head came from a wrecking yard, and how it altered the mileage. I had to find this out for myself after we left the shop and drove off! I immediately looked at my receipt to see what mileage was recorded on it, and it said 827,916 - so someone at the dealer did not even know how to record the correct mileage correctly when the car arrived for service! Thank goodness I got the oil changed at Jiffy Lube two weeks prior - at least they were detail-oriented enough to record the correct mileage. When I called to complain that my odometer was double what I came in with, I was told that it would be "investigated." Shannon did call me back the same day. However, a week passed.....no follow up. I called her back and she said they were still "investigating." This is not right! If I were to sell this car tomorrow, I have no proof - other than the Jiffy Lube receipt - that my car has low miles! Extremely disappointed in this dealer and won't be going back! That includes my two much newer Fords that my husband and I drive! More

These guys provided THE WORST follow up and customer service of anybody I have dealt with in my 64 years. I left over 40 emails and phone messages for them and only got 2 calls back from them. The first vehicle I bought (2010 F150) was probably in a flood or at least submerged at some point. When I brought this to their attention, they quickly asked me if I wanted to trade the vehicle. It took them almost 3 months to find a replacement. When I showed hard evidence of the problems with the truck to the owner (Victor Fernandez), he stated in front of Xavier that he wanted to get rid of the truck ASAP. Guess what?....2 days later the same truck showed up on their web site listed fro $31,952....stock #P7581A. I will never do business with these guys again....talk about slimy, used car people.....these guys fit the bill. I am now referred to as a "HEATED CUSTOMER" in their IM memos. I'm not "heated", I'm very imformed, very organized and have records of all communications. I even have pictures of the air box coated with oil, mud and grease AND the actual gravel I removed from the air box. By the way, I showed this information to Xavier AND Victor. I paid cash for the F150, I was never rude and only displayed a mature attitude with them. They must not like dealing with people like me and would rather deal with unprepared customers whom they can dizzle or bully with their sales methods. YOU ARE TAKING A HUGE CHANCE DEALING WITH THIS DEALERHIP ON USED VEHICLES. More

HORRIBLE!!! We bought a used truck 10 days ago and 10 miles down the road it wouldn't stay in Overdrive!! We called the next day over and over to talk to anyone in management (the dealer had closed by th miles down the road it wouldn't stay in Overdrive!! Claimed the already transferred the title to us (REALLY?? 10 days later we have expired tabs and no registration still!!) They offered a lower shop rate to replace our transmission, but after the multiple lies we caught them in, did we trust them with our new junk truck 50 miles from home?? Absolutely would not work with us on the nightmare vehicle they got us into. Not only transmission, but water on floorboards when rains, among many other little things they did not disclose there being a problem with... More

Not only did I get the truck I wanted, Phally made this the best experience I ever had buying a car. My mother and I went looking there this last weekend. She is looking to buy a 2011 2012 Ford fiesta. We just wanted to take a look around by ourselves first and if we had any questions we would ask. So that is exactly what we informed the sales person who approached us as soon as we pulled up. He said ok and we went looking around the lot. 3/4 of the way through the lot the manager approached us. I informed him of our decision to look around on our own and that we would ask them if we had any questions. He told us in no uncertain terms that we were not allowed to walk around unescorted on his lot and if that was what we wanted maybe we should leave. So leave we did. How unfortunate because my mother will be buying from a lot in Everett now. More
