I bought a car from Marysville Ford in September 2012. I was not planning on purchasing a car and just wanted to see what my options were. Clint Walker was the salesman who worked with me, he was excellent was not planning on purchasing a car and just wanted to see what my options were. Clint Walker was the salesman who worked with me, he was excellent, he was a real person and did not try to sell me something I did not want. He actually listened, he was not the slimy car salesman that they often are and because of that I would purchase a car from him again. Even when we did the sale price dance around he was great and that is not something that is fun. I have driven on the lot in the past and saw salesmen running towards the car and left, so thanks to Clint Walker I will buy a car there again. More

With the fancy screen etc. He has also offered, and I will be taking advatange of this offer to set up an appointment to go over more. He was extremely polite and very thorough in his explanations. I intend to work with him in the future as well. I can't say enough about Marysville Ford, I don't believe we will ever but another car anywhere else. They were always very friendly and helpful in keeping us fully informed regarding our new car status and quick to ensure we got exactly the vehicle and options we wanted at a fair price. Pete Shurts, the financial director we dealt with in completing our final paperwork was very courteous and friendly and expedited the process, which was much better than our previous car buying experiences. We have bought 6 new cars over the years from dealerships throughout the country and in the local area. Without question, this was our best total experience ever. I brought my 95 Ford, with 82,000 miles on it, into this dealership for some work, including replacement of the speedo cable because the needle would "jitter" so it was hard to see what the actual speed was dealership for some work, including replacement of the speedo cable because the needle would "jitter" so it was hard to see what the actual speed was. When we picked up the car, we were given the bill and told what good shape it was in for being an older car. Yes, we said, that is why we own it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my car's mileage would DOUBLE! Furthermore, how disheartening that the service dept did not TELL ME upon pick up that the new speedo head came from a wrecking yard, and how it altered the mileage. I had to find this out for myself after we left the shop and drove off! I immediately looked at my receipt to see what mileage was recorded on it, and it said 827,916 - so someone at the dealer did not even know how to record the correct mileage correctly when the car arrived for service! Thank goodness I got the oil changed at Jiffy Lube two weeks prior - at least they were detail-oriented enough to record the correct mileage. When I called to complain that my odometer was double what I came in with, I was told that it would be "investigated." Shannon did call me back the same day. However, a week passed.....no follow up. I called her back and she said they were still "investigating." This is not right! If I were to sell this car tomorrow, I have no proof - other than the Jiffy Lube receipt - that my car has low miles! Extremely disappointed in this dealer and won't be going back! That includes my two much newer Fords that my husband and I drive! More
