Dishonesty is the #1 Policy! I have had endless issues with not only the vehicle I purchased here but every department I have dealt with since the sale. When I purchased the vehic I have had endless issues with not only the vehicle I purchased here but every department I have dealt with since the sale. When I purchased the vehicle in November of 2015 they pocketed $4,000 for a warranty that they never actually sold me. 10 months down the road when I needed to use the warranty to repair the trash vehicle they sold me the warranty company had NO file on myself or my vehicle.. Come to find out it was because Marysville Ford decided to pocket the money instead. I paid interest on that money and had an unprotected vehicle for 10 months because of this decision. As if that wasn't bad enough, when they got caught, they lied and processed my warranty immediately and refused to give me my full refund (I decided to trade the vehicle in at another dealer due to the issues it had) because I "had the warranty for 10 months therefore it is pro-rated." That is not true because they activated the warranty the same day I asked them to cancel it. At the time I purchased the vehicle I also purchased GAP coverage and luckily the decided to be honest and actually process that for me. Here we are all these months later and I have cancelled the GAP coverage and got a HUGE run around about them giving me my refund. They claimed to have sent the document.. never got it. Two days later I finally received it. I sent everything in and life was good. I have followed up to make sure the check was cut and asked numerous times when the check will be ready but have gotten nothing but excuses. First there wasn't enough people available to sign the check.. so I waited a day. Then I emailed to confirm the check would be ready and the lady Miechelle said it was so I go in and this HORRIBLY RUDE "manager" comes out tells my my money isn't available and there's nothing he can do to help so I can leave. After all these games they had the audacity to email me this morning telling me that if I failed to pick up the check by close tonight they would be mailing it... as if its my fault that they have had a month to get this sorted out and have failed to do so. THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I could honestly write pages more about the poor service, terrible quality vehicles and lies and stealing that this dealership provides but there is not enough time in the day to do so. More
Not customer focused I September of 2016 I bought a brand new 2016 F-150 from Marysville Ford. To begin with they took it back to detail it and it came back with scratches I September of 2016 I bought a brand new 2016 F-150 from Marysville Ford. To begin with they took it back to detail it and it came back with scratches all over the inside of the bed, which would've been fine if I put the scratches in it, but I didn't. It was a brand new truck! It shouldn't have any. So I had to pay for a bed liner. I had also paid for a 3m clear bra, which they screwed up the first time and left creases in the film. I turned it away to retry. So I stayed in the rental they gave me. When I came back the next day, there was a big paint chip right in the center of the front of the hood. So now they have to fix that also. So after I ended up going back for the 7TH TIME, it finally looked some what alright and I was tired of wasting HOURS EACH TIME, I excepted the truck. They told me they would refund the clear bra, and compensate me for all of the time wasted there. They refunded the money, but they keep telling me Everytime I call that they are working on my request and they will call me back but they never do. This dealership isn't concerned with keeping their customers and I will never go back to them. More
Very high pressure We worked with Kobie, and at first it was going very smoothly. However once it came down to the money, he couldn't get us where we needed to be. That We worked with Kobie, and at first it was going very smoothly. However once it came down to the money, he couldn't get us where we needed to be. That to us was no big deal. The big deal was when he told us "My wife doesn't even work, and I know at the end of the month I can find a measly $30, it's not going to bankrupt you." we told him no sorry we can't make that work. He kept trying to give us life lessons, and was very high pressure. After 5 times of saying no, I lost my patience had to stand up and leave. Have bought two cars from Marysville Ford previously, however after my experience last night, we will not be returning. More

At first they told us that we needed a new transmission. Then, when they found out the transmission was covered under a warranty, suddenly we didn't need a new transmission and they weren't going to replace it. They kept the vehicle for a couple of weeks and then said we needed a new part which they ordered, then damaged putting it in, and then finally installed. A week after we got the car back it started making terrible noises backing up a hill. We took it back in and were told over the phone it was not the transmission but we needed a new air conditioner compressor for a cost of $900. This was diagnosed after they had the car for another week and we were calling on the status. We advised we were not going to authorize and picked the car up. We were given no paperwork with an itemization of the problem or estimate of cost of repairs. When we requested paperwork we were told none was available and we couldn't wait for it to be completed as they were "really backed up" and couldn't produce it until the next morning and they would call and let us know when it was ready. Needless to say we got no call and no paperwork. We took the car to another mechanic to check out and there was NOTHING WRONG with the air conditioner compressor or anything else on the vehicle except a belt that had been badly nicked, almost certainly by the work done by Marysville Ford, which we replaced. Marysville Ford had had our vehicle for weeks and never told us about the belt but would have had us spend over $900 needlessly! More

Left a bad taste in my mouth. Quick plug here, if you read nothing else. If you’re buying a diesel from Marysville Ford (or any dealer in the Marysville area), get a pre-purchase i Quick plug here, if you read nothing else. If you’re buying a diesel from Marysville Ford (or any dealer in the Marysville area), get a pre-purchase inspection done by Diesel Outfitters. They’re 6 minutes down the road, and it costs $120 w/tax. As for my review of Marysville Ford? This is the second time I have made the mistake of not checking reviews on a dealer before I went. I won’t write a whole book here. I was going to look at a 2012 Ford F-250 King Ranch 4WD (with the 6.7L Powerstroke). I was in love with the truck before I got there, and being in and around the truck made me that much happier. I did appreciate that the salesman, “Manny”, let me drive the truck for about 30-45 minutes. One consistent red flag was that the they kept giving me pushback on the pre-purchase inspection. I do want to be clear here that they definitely knew I was going to buy the truck if it passed inspection. They kept telling me the truck had already been inspected, and there was nothing wrong with it. I should’ve known something was wrong when they didn’t draw up purchase paperwork before I went to the inspection. The truck passed inspection up until the very last step, which was to put it up on the lift. Once lifted, it was discovered that there was significant rust on the undercarriage and rear brakes. When I arrived back at the dealer, there was no surprise at what was found and no surprise that I didn’t want the truck. The last offense was when the salesman told me that I *had* to go home with a truck today, and tried to push me towards some Super Duty’s that were not in the style I wanted, and even tried to wrangle me into an F-150 (what?!?!?). I cut my losses, and left before he could get his manager. Bum experience, and not one I want to repeat. I mostly am frustrated that they continued this charade for almost 8 hrs., costing me significant time and money. There are quite a few good Ford dealers in the Puget Sound area; I think three are actually listed as certified dealers on here. Do yourself a favor, shop around. More
The bad service lasts as long as you own the vehicle! Also, the "delivery" process was nonexistent. No one bothered to show me how to use any features on the vehicle or even put the floor mats in the car... The aftermath of this whole experience is what has left me to leave a one-star review. Not even a month after purchasing the vehicle I had to get new tires (that was $1,200). The vehicle was completely rusted on the underside and the back passenger door had a huge key mark in it. The owner offered to pay for half of the sand blast/undercoating & the door repair. This was a nice offer but it had to be done by these sketchy people that rent out their shop. The people took longer than quoted which was a huge inconvenience but the best part was my car is SILVER and they painted (without blending) my door WHITE. The door had bubbles, was the wrong color and took about 4 days longer than they said to have it all sorted out. This dealer has most of their body work done with these people so WATCH OUT! If all of this wasn't bad enough I had to purchase a $32 handled just to be able to use the seat back on my passenger side, and they made me install it myself! The cover of my 3rd row seating / Cargo area is cracked so I cannot use the left side of my cargo area -- what good is an SUV if you cant use half the space? Aside from the car itself I was bullied into buying the oil change package through their store --forcing me to have my oil changed by them or to waste my money. I called over 6 times to try and cancel this and showed up to the building 2 times only to have their finance director hide from me and ignore my calls to avoid losing her money on the cancellation. I didn't want to throw my hard earned money away so I took my vehicle in for it's first oil change, I specifically asked them NOT to rotate my tires as they did not need to be and I really just didn't want them too but guess what! They rotated my tires anyways. They call the service "The Works!" if you call not following customer wishes and not washing the car "The Works!" then they sure do provide it. I just took my car in about a week ago for it's second oil change and the lady was super nice and I will give it to them they had the car in and out in a breeze however they once again rotated tires that I didn't want rotated AND my Explorer came back to me covered in red fluid of some kind. YES they returned my vehicle DIRTIER than when I left it with them. Overall I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The staff is pushy, they sell garbage vehicles & the long term relationship is not a relationship you want to be in. More

After a short time the service guy called her and said it was the high pressure oil pump and the stand pipes and they would fix them for $3200. We declined the service and did some research and got a second opinion only to find out it was a "dummy" plug and stc and could be fixed same day for less than $800. Apparently the problem i was having is common on 05-07 6.0 Powerstrokes and any mechanic who knows his stuff or can perform at an adequate level at least would have figured it out within a few minutes. This leads me to believe they were either incompetent at their jobs or were trying to rip me off. Either way you look at it they should be fired and never allowed near a wrench again. More

I was not meet by any sale people and had to go inside and ask the front desk for help. Once I got a sales person I drove the car and wanted to make a deal. I was told about a product called Lojack and the was told it had already been installed on my car. I told them I didn't want it and to remove Lojack. The sales person said they couldn't take it out but would sell it to me at a discount. Once I got to financing the paperwork said it was already installed on my car, but a few weeks later I get a call from the service department and they wanted to set up a date and time of when I could bring my car in to have Lojack installed.
