Their inventory and customer service were far superior. My guess is that this dealership really cares about ratings and doing a great job, and if there were past bad experiences, they’ve improved and are different now. We had nothing but great service. The whole dealership is nice, new, clean and professional inside and out. We loved every person who helped us. We got an amazing pre-owned Ford F-150 Platinum for a fair price. This was yesterday, so it's still fresh, but no regrets yet! :) Dave helped us when we arrived, and was super nice and helpful even though he's only worked at this particular dealership for a month or two. Lance was our main salesperson and gave exceptional customer service no matter what we threw at him or how long we were taking. He made sure to walk us through all the truck settings and info before we drove away. Start to finish, he really impressed us! The finance guy, Sean, was a pleasure to chat with and gave us great customer service, even though we declined all the warranty/service package offers for our own personal reasons. Everyone we encountered was seriously FAR more pleasant to work with than any other dealership out of 4 others we went to in the area. By comparison, we'd gone to several competitors and received hit-or-miss service at every single one. Employees complaining to us about their lack of training/happiness in their job, at one a manager angrily threw a piece of paperwork at the salesman who was helping us, at another the saleswoman was scatterbrained and couldn't find us any relevant inventory after 45 minutes. We would definitely bring our business and refer friends to Marysville Ford anytime. More
