The one thing I didn't like was it took a bit of negotiating to get the truck at the advertised online sales price. The math seemed to come out a couple of thousand dollars more than I understood it to be, but eventually the price came out close to what I was expecting it should be. More

Whe I was taken in for finance it was easy snd straightforward as I knew I wanted the warranty and that was it. Ended with a positive experience I bought a car from them and purchased the 1/2 mask to protect the bumper of my car. The mask ended up being put on the wrong half of the car. I had talked to my salesman (Jason) about it and he said I would have to pay an additional $200 for the other half (the half I wanted and already paid for). That did not sound right to me so I reached out to Andrew (the service manager I believe) and he said he would get it sorted out and call me back at the end of the week. I had to call him back and he was able to get it right for me. Andrew was very friendly and helpful and I recommend talking to him or the other managers if there are any problems with your experience. More

Will not honor warranties on ford parts I paid a total of $4,000 to do pretty extensive work on my f450, and as part of that service purchased and installed two motorcraft (ford brand) batte I paid a total of $4,000 to do pretty extensive work on my f450, and as part of that service purchased and installed two motorcraft (ford brand) batteries. They come with a 36 month free exchange warranty. Two years later or or both of the batteries appeared to fail, so I pulled them out of the truck and took them down to marysville ford to test them and replace if needed. I was told that they had the records showing the work on my truck, but that they would not honor the warranty because "they didn't know what truck these batteries came from", and suggested that I re-install the dead batteries, and then have the truck towed down to their dealership, where they would then check the batteries and replace them. I called a towtruck company and they quoted me $180 to tow my truck to the dealer. So the dealer wants me to spend $180 so that I can replace batteries that aren't worth that much. Bad service. Will not honor their own warranties. I paid full boat retail for ford brand parts and service, and did not get anything for the cash I spent. I would stay away from this dealer, particularly for warranty issues. They do not honor them. More
