Stress reduceing and got us the car we needed. Baran was our sales person. From the start there was no pressure. When he asked if I wanted to test drive the car I came in for, and with my reply to Baran was our sales person. From the start there was no pressure. When he asked if I wanted to test drive the car I came in for, and with my reply to get right to the financing, he switched into what I wanted to do with no questions asked. Didn't suggest we go again until after the car was sold to us. Didn't try to sell us a different car. They took the time to go over our troubled credit history from the start it was a simple "yes or no" could we get financed. The financing department was able to help us get into the vehicle. I cannot say enough about Baran and the other staff members in the back that helped this process move through. Every step of the way the information was given to us in the same format " this is what we can do", or "this is what is happening." I never had to wonder what was going on. They stayed on top of the information and gave it to us as soon as they knew. I started with a higher manageable payment, by the end of the process it was about half. Can't say how much stress has been relieved after needing to get into a newer car. More

Simply Fantastic I’m from Oregon and found my car up at Marysville Ford. From my first phone call with Jayson Garcia, he jumped right on catering to my weird questions I’m from Oregon and found my car up at Marysville Ford. From my first phone call with Jayson Garcia, he jumped right on catering to my weird questions and was on top of communications to get all the info I needed before making the trip up north. He helped me find the right train station to get me near the dealership and even picked me up! He then got as much info taken care of ahead of time as possible so my time in the dealership was quick and painless. They even have a little coffee bar and cafe. I’m super thrilled with not only my car and the dealership, but working with Jayson was so easy. And he’s fun! Such a great experience. If I need a car, I’ll definitely be back!
