You might want to look at our other review. This one paints the dealership as doing a great job. And to be honest, in the main waiting area there is no indication of the waiting area being sanitized and safe for customers to sit and wait, so we found a way to take care of ourselves. We sat in the showroom at a table that again, we had no idea if it had been sanitized, but we were able to distance ourselves by sitting in the showroom and not the waiting area. Plus, there is no way of knowing if our truck had been sanitized after they worked on it. It's a bit disapointing. I suggest that the Ford dealership take a look at some of the other dealerships and how they are keeping their customer's SAFE.

Could not be more disappointed in the lack of post sale service. Obviously warranty repair on a new vehicle purchased from this location is of the lowest priority since selling to Kendall Automotive Group. More
