Took my 2014 F350 truck in for routine oil change. They informed me afterwards as I was paying that the front pads were bad and needed replaced ASAP as they were all down to 2mm or less. They quoted me $29 informed me afterwards as I was paying that the front pads were bad and needed replaced ASAP as they were all down to 2mm or less. They quoted me $299.00 (using OEM pads) for front brakes alone. So I went and bought pads myself for $78(Better than OEM pads) and did the brake job myself. when I measured them 3 of the 4 pads had 4mm or more and one had 3.5mm left. They either need to retrain the mechanics on how to measure brake pads, quit lying or be more reasonable on the pricing for repairs. I’ll still go their for oil changes but won’t listen to them on anything else regarding the truck as being lied to once is enough for me. More
Terrible Quality Control. Attitude to Boot Had my F-150 in to Kendall Ford of Marysville for a recall (doors that might pop open). After, had a scary experience with the passenger side door that WOULDN'T OPEN AT ALL - hugely unsafe if there had been an emergency. When I took it back, service staff had quite an attitude about the whole thing. They fixed it, but now they've left something loose and rattling around inside the door. Service manager tried to talk me down with a "free oil change! next time I come in!" Um, no. So, that's two QA/QC issues on one service call, plus the snotty attitude and the patronizing supervisors. I'll find another fix for the rattle - and I'll not EVER patronize Kendall again. For any purpose. More
Brad made the whole process a breeze! Kendall Ford is not my local dealer but it was worth the drive! No pressure and they stayed late to complete the sale for me. Kendall Ford is not my local dealer but it was worth the drive! No pressure and they stayed late to complete the sale for me. More

2017 Ford F-350 Lariat Diesel My experience with Kendall Ford has been nothing but great. Even though their dealership is not close to where I live, it was worth the drive. I had My experience with Kendall Ford has been nothing but great. Even though their dealership is not close to where I live, it was worth the drive. I had responded to a truck they had advertised, but unfortunately, that one sold before I could get there. But a bit of good luck is that it put us in touch with salesman extraordinaire Chris Zuzula. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a truck and he nailed it! This guy knows his trucks and educated us on what where the differences in Ford truck packages (there are many) and helped us narrow it down to what we wanted/needed. We set up an appointment with Chris to look at a couple other trucks that I found in their inventory. He showed them to me and had an alternative he wanted us to look at. The alternative was EXACTLY what we needed. This dealership is clean, well managed and they made the whole buying experience very pleasant. I can't say enough about Chris. If you want a truck, this is the man to see. More
