Warranty issue We typically would get our oil change done here and they would flag other issues but not say that the issue needs to be fixed....just a watch items. During this last visit they identified that the Steering box needed to be replaced due to leaking (a watch item in the past). When we agreed to have it fixed based in the cost quoted as a "watch item", they said instead of ~$135 it would be $1,260. The prior quote was when the F250 was under warranty. Nothing was said at that time. Now we are screwed and even after an appeal, it was still rejected. Seams real dishonest that they would not identify that our warranty was almost ready to expire. More
I was not happy with the 1400 dollar bill to change a 50 dollar water pump on a car I paid 1500 dollars for.I didn't feel it was right I was charged for the mech breaking bolts off. I would have been happy to be advised bolts at risk of breaking and given the opportunity to choose. Instead I was held over a barrel after they were broken. The cost originally was quite exorbitant and should have covered any mishaps. That's why I took it there. On a positive note I was able to negotiate some of the added cost. More

Andrew, Kobie Erik and Zane all worked to make this a pleasurable buying experience. They were the first dealership I looked at and the last dealership I looked at.
