RESOLVED!! 77 Days later, we have our (second) brand new Ford Explorer. Vince Arends was quite a trooper through the whole process. Kendall provided us a loaner car through the entire process. Kendall also made the first car payment for us. We had to make application to Ford Motor corporation, who eventually did an equity swap and replaced the vehicle. This process is a lengthy one and can be quite frustrating, but in the end we have our new vehicle with the exact terms negotiated.
