Not great at all! I felt safe buying a car from a large repeatable dealer and it being online purchase. Be transparent like you say, and why should I have to go! Plus Salesman was adamant to bring car to me, so why not. Which now makes me wonder…. Then Ghosted me after not happy with purchase.
