I needed some service on short notice. While they're service department was booked for weeks, Christina advised that if I drop my truck off, there was a chance they could get to it. She was right! We had a pre-inspection done here and in the middle of no where on our road trip broke down. The after hours mechanic we found in the next town discovered a filthy air filter. We are now out an additional $600+ and lost all of our Reservations on our vacation because of the delay. Costing us hundreds more in hotels. All we asked for was a refund of our services and they refuse. After researching this company, I have seen tons of reviews with the same complaints. A class action lawsuit seems the only way to get through to this company. More
